the front desk was wonderful , that is it

There is no lighting on walkway @ night. Solar lighting is very reasonable. Having to make our own bed is nuts some days the bed was made some not. Parking is not enough for amount of guest. Parking lot itself needs to be resurfaced or the holes filled in. The breakfast should have eggs all the time not just on weekends. The bar needs a bunch of work I believe if you work at a resort as this you should speak all languages. Very sad.

Clean, spaceious, excellent for children

Very good resort with lot of space. Apartments with good space. Breakfastfacilities very poor - the resort cannot handle all guests for breakfast. In wintertime only indoor swimmingpool is open - but too small for all guests - lockerrooms only 1/10 of what it should have been. Nice possibiolities for horsriding. Very clean area, rooms. Good system.

Pools + Spielplätze für Kinder aller Altersgruppen, preiswertes Restaurant, Lebensmittelgeschäft

Trotz Voranmeldung wurde das Kinderbett leider erst nach erneuter Nachfrage ab der dritten Nacht bereitgestellt. Weitere hotelbezogene Probleme sind während des Aufenthaltes nicht aufgetreten.

Nette Anlage, sehr ruhig”

zu empfehlen für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen oder Pferdeliebhaber sind

große Anlage mit Reitmöglichkeit. Ansonsten relativ einfach ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr eintönig. Wellnessbereich klein. Entfernung zur Ortsmitte von Heviz ca. 15 Gehminuten.
