Very Nice Hotel not far from city center”
We enjoyed our short stay at the Clyde Court hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice.
Very Nice and very helpful staff”
Stayed in Dublin for a birthday treat and Hotel was very nice.
Comfortable, good hospitality and affordable htl”
The stay was good. Quiet and conveniently located. Spacious bedroom and bar lounge. Only set back during my stay was the "butbizz wifi". When i book the hotel, wifi was included. But, on checking in at the hotel the allocated time was 20mins only and per device. I purchased "wifi" service throughout the stay (5 nights). i was told that II can switch between devices. Had difficulty trying to "log off" one device and re-log on the other devices ( IPAD, LAPTOP...) At times I felt frustrated and on several ocassions i called the hotel reception for assistance. Service staff, TANYA was extremely patient and assisted me. I do not include this NEGATIVE experience as the "bit buzz" is a separate vendor. But the positive side it turns out to display the patience & professionalism of the front office staff. Perhaps, the hotel can state "wifi available for intend period. Unlimited wifi may be purchased" in the AGODA website.
It was fantastic. I spoke to the manager who was Paul. Amazing guy and extremely accommodating. After explaining this was an anniversary/business night in the hotel was more than happy to upgrade me. From there things only got better. Room 730 was the classiest hotel room I have been in-in a very long time. We ordered room service (Pesto Pasta and Cheese Cake) that makes my mouth water just speaking about it. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a great room for a great price.
Amazing location. Staff were more than willing to help with any request.
Clean, and comfortable”
Belated review, so I will not go into to much detail. I remember the hotel being in general a lot better than the reviews at the time, and didn't deserve the bad reviews. I remember one of the staff members being rude enough that I meant to write a complaint, but I also remember a staff member going beyond her duties to give me a warm welcome. Pretty sure both where at reception. So I guess you put the staff down as great or bad depending who you get. The hotel itself is close to Lansdowne if you are going to the Rugby or Soccer, but not convenient for anything else. Everything else you pretty much need to love walking or jump in a cab.
Really great, it was very comfortable and staff were really great.
Nice hotel good rooms”
This was a very nice hotel, however the location was not so good it is a long way to sights by either two buses or expensive taxi. The reception staff where OK but not overly helpful with directions. The hotel parking is outside in open but they still charge a high rate to park there this is a minus. The rooms were spacious and clean with a good size bathroom. The food was excellent value for money.
