Superb room”
External might not look good but the inside room is perfect.The building is close to everything. Appreciate the owner always ready to answer queries even wee hours. Appreciate the kitchen where you can cook your own food.

Outside looks scary at night ”
It's inside dark alley in a very old rundown building where neighboring units are torn down under construction. I arrived at midnight due to late flight and there's no elevator past 11pm working. It's located in 9th floor so it was quite a bit of workout. At night, I could hear sound of love making from neighbors in the washroom so there's definitely not good sound proof. The lighting is pretty dim so it felt very uncomfortable in the beginning to check into the unit but I felt safer after the next day when I did see neighbors kids playing outside

Building is old and might be a little inconvenient due to a single lift that operates across ~10/11 floors. Room is true to pics and well-furnished!
