Truly a home away from home”
I have stayed with COAST 3x already and boy I will stay with them every time I am in Boracay. Why? The first time I was there I was utterly impressed, and the second time, they have exceeded my expectations! The third time made me feel like I truly am home away from home. ~ The transfers were done very smoothly, the staff are very welcoming and it made me feel safe and worry free. Its such a big difference specially when you are tired from the flight. ~ The hotel is very clean, aesthetic, and the room smells amazing! The small details means so much, it’s very thoughtful. The bed makes you want to stay in the room the whole time! Thats how good and comfortable it is! I always request for a lower floor because swimming is life for me and they provide if available. ~ So many thoughtful offers to make you feel happy throughout your stay • Free popcorn and ice cream in the afternoon, at one point taho is available too! • Ice water for you by the beach and pool from the amazing kuya Jony and kuya Ben • Banana’s and mango’s in your room upon arrival and free chocnut too! • nightly treats of assorted pastries and kakanin — just their way of saying goodnight! • Water is always refilled • A tote bag and hand sanitizer is also provided and I always use mine while going around the island ~Breakfast is so so good! They change it up everyday and I must say the pho is my fave! I am still thinking about it! The food in cha cha’s is great kudos to the chef and the drinks and music at night — wow! My fave is Sakura smile! 🌸 ~ The massage in Anahata spa — super duper love! It was so relaxing and the ate’s are super nice! ~ housekeeping is always readily available and they always leave your room smelling good like its the first day ~ of course Kuya Jony and Kuya Ben! They are the best forever! They are always there by the beach ready to prepare a place for you to enjoy the sun and are always game to take high quality pictures! They look after your things without being asked and just genuinely care about the guest. They are a big part of the reason why COAST is truly loved! But the best thing about COAST is their staff! The reason I keep coming back is their thoughtfulness and attitude towards the guest. They never fail to smile at you and greet you from the day you arrived up to the day you need to leave. From the drives, boat men, kuya jony and ben, the waitstaff in chachas, the front desk, housekeeping, massage therapist, to the men who help us with our overpacked luggage. They are the heart of this place and the reason that COAST is truly a home away from home. 💙 Happy 8th Anniversary, COAST!
Very Pleasant Stay.....will Stay Here Again”
Our stay was very pleasant and we would gladly choose the same resort for a future stay. The room was well apointed with modern comforts. Aircon works very well and my wife is the Worlds Biggest Critic of that feature ;) MiniFridge, coffemaker, digital safe all standard stuff. Comfortable shower, very sizeable bathroom (we had the Premier room with larger bathroom countertops and better room decor, but most/all amenities were unchanged from standard room). On-site restaurant serving breakfast buffet (included in our stay) and other mealtimes available throughout the rest of the day, with a lot of seating on the shaded front porch directly overlooking the beach, and the beach area and public walkway is still pretty visible even when sitting indoors at the rest of the seating. There are a couple of shallow swimming pools with scattered tables and poolside loungers inside the courtyard, but with the Worlds Most Beautiful Beach at our front doorstep, those got used very little by us. At the beach area in front of the hotel, staff were always available to make us comfortable when wanting to lay under the coconut trees or hang out on the larger beach or go into the water - they would always offer to set up place mats and towels on the ground in front of the hotel for me and my wife, bring out glasses of water and keep them filled, as well as keep a watchful eye on our stuff when we go into the water or walk the beach - a necessary convenience since I'm sure even simple things like sandals or hats and especially phones and beach bags would tend to walk away by themselves if not attended ;) We got especially used to Coast staff like Jony and Ben whose shifts coincided with our more normal daytime schedule, and they quickly learned and used our names and the names of the other couple with whom we shared our trip, so the service was and felt very personalized. The included transfer to/from the airport was very smooth - three legs of journey included land trip (aircon van) from airport to boat, FAST boat from mainland to Boracay island, and another land trip (aircon van) from boat to the hotel. We did not have to line up at any location to wait for or arrange any of these services (as we could see other vacationers doing) and I cannot stress how much more relaxing it is when done this way (Thank you Coast, we will definitely come back!).

Absolutely breathtaking! My stay at Coast Boracay, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment My husband and I and three of our Children arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort's stunning location offered picturesque views of the station two’s beach front including mountains, beach, palm trees and eateries and souvenir shops, and I must mention, the grounds of COAST were immaculately maintained. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the area. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities was truly impressive an although there was five of us the room and bathroom was big enough to accommodate. The resort's facilities, including the pool, spa, and fitness center, were top-notch and allowed me to relax and rejuvenate. Special mention to the Resort’s “neat freaks” room cleaners, great attention to detail. The dining experience for meals and buffet breakfasts was wonderful. The attentive staff made dining a true pleasure, and the ambiance of the restaurants added to the overall experience. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. A huge mention to the attentive Kuya Ben, Kuya John Kuya Anthony and Ate Sha.. special outstanding customer service mention to Ben! Our little boys Eli and Mason will miss you Ben! Exceeded our expectations!”
Aside from the location and facilities, I rely heavily on reviews when booking hotels. When I chanced upon COAST Boracay and read the reviews, I didn't hesitate to book here. We had a very early flight from Manila and we had a very smooth transfer from airport to the hotel which was really great. We arrived at the hotel just around 8am and we were greeted with good news that our room was ready! Upon arrival, they gave us welcome drinks and we were led straight to our room where fresh fruits were also waiting for us. Breakfast at Cha Cha's was also superb. Their Ube Champorado was a standout for me plus you get a wonderful view of the beach while dining there. We got to try swimming in their pool and without even saying or requesting anything, they gave us towels and water by the pool. They also offer unlimited free popcorn and ice cream in the afternoon. We were also looked after when we went to the beach. The Kuyas made sure we were comfortable every time we go there. From setting up beach mats, offering to take our pictures and making sure they cover us with towels after swimming. It is truly like a VIP treatment. We also booked a massage at Anahata Spa and it was also very relaxing. There are a lot more things that I can add but just to sum it all up, staying at COAST is truly one of a kind. Room is great, location is perfect, food is amazing and the best of all is their customer service which is excellent!
