It is a short walk to mass transit and popular spots like Gastown. Supermarket drugstore eateries are very close by. Facilities and services meet four stars level. Great price with discount and early booking at Agoda.

Just acceptable for the money paid”
The hotel has a small lobby, the rooms are ok but without the things you can expect from a hotel of this category such us a sewing kit, enough lights in the room, pillows too high for me and the mattress of the bed is too used. On the other hand my room is next to a service room and I hear the service carts loading and unloading things. I booked 8 nights and expected a room without this issues.

Damn good; very good location, fine staff and facilities (although we had little time to avail ourselves of them). We found it while searching for a hotel for our first Vancouver visit. So many in the same area and for reasons I can no longer recall, we selected the Coast Coal Harbour. Next visit, whenever that may be we will come back SR

Great Location”
Hotel is well located close to water and trails and close to downtown. Rooms are nice. Good value for Vancouver. Gym is a small but good equipment so has what you need. Definitely would stay here again.

Good location, but essentially an overpriced hostel”
I was very disappointed at the amenities in the room. I was traveling all summer, and very weary; this was only my second time in Vancouver, and unfamiliar with the surrounds. I arrived late, close to midnight, from a delayed train. There was no water, toothbrush, nothing in the room but basic soap. That's fine if I had booked a hostel, but at this price point ($173USD/night), being very uncomfortable upon arrival until I could find a pharmacy the next day was quite unacceptable. When I checked out, I asked the concierge for a taxi; 20 minutes later, I was concerned about being late to the airport, so I walked out on the street and hailed my own taxi within seconds. Not sure where the staff hied off to. This is my first poor review; there are better options in Vancouver.

Perfect location, excellent staff”
The staff were so helpful and friendly. I received an upgrade to a suite facing the harbour. I loved my room. My only comment would be that the pool and jacuzzi are smaller than I imagined. This is minor.

Lovely view”
Stayed on the 20th floor with ocean view. It was beautiful!! Bed was comfy, room was spotless and hotel/room service staff were exceptional. Would love to stay here again.

Tradeoff location for a very nice room”
We stayed in #804, which featured a king-sized bed (good mattress, 4 basic pillows plus 2 other pillows) in an otherwise standard room. The facility is 100% non-smoking. The room style is intentionally minimalist but we had what we needed and everything was in good condition. A/C was easy to use and not overly noisy. The bathroom features a heated, combination toilet/bidet. We chose this location for our staff Christmas party, but otherwise tourists will find the location "good" but not excellent. If you don't mind a bit of a walk (500m) to Robson Street, then I would recommend this to someone willing to trade-off location for value. As locals, we would certainly stay here again .

Loved the Bidet Beds were comfortable. Had a port a crib for my grandson in room. Very quiet and close to our where we wanted to be. Concierge stored our luggage and a bike while we ate in the restaurant.

Great stay with beautiful view”
We paid extra for upgrades to high floor with amazing view. Paid for valet parking (only parking option) Check in was reasonably fast. Everything was great until we ordered room service for breakfast. We had to wait a long time and the food was cold when arrived, they also made a mistake with the order so we decided to tell the reception upon check out. We were impressed that they owned their mistake and waived the fee for our breakfast. For their commitment to provide a good customer service, we will definitely come back again.
