Horrible staffing”

The staff receptionist at the hotel was gruff, rude and completely unhelpful. When we arrived to check at 10pm, she told us there was no record of our reservation. I showed her a printed record and receipt, and she said the hotel was full and she couldn’t help us. After several calls to our booking service, we were able to confirm the room. However, the employee could not have been more rude, dismissive or unhelpful the entire time.

It was what you pay for”

Hotel looks very old and it's located on a pretty odd location. However, the staffs were friendly and we were only there to stay for a night before heading to the airport. So I can't complain much.
