You get what you pay for is what I'll say. They shouldn't advertise this place as a hotel, cause it's giving very much motel. For a motel it's decent, but wasn't very comfy for my trip with my kids. Bathroom was the only thing that was nice and you can tell it had some work done recently.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable.. All we were looking for on our short stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The elevator was so slow. We wound up huffing up the steps to the 5th floor a lot of the time. I wanted to make coffee in the room, we had coffee and the pot, but no sugar, creamer or stirrers

The rooms were very nice and big for a solo traveler. The view from the balcony was nice to watch the sunrise. Staff was very nice.
Didn't like walking up all the steps to the fifth floor room. And didn't like the busy area on coastal hwy. Heard noise from coastal hwy all night long. Other than that was a good stay.

close to the beach, updated flooring, seemingly clean sheets and towels, beds were a little hard but ok, front desk person was nice
dust and dirt (and hair) in the corners and on base trim, the worst part is the door opens to the outside (it’s between a hotel and motel) and all road noise is very loud until 2am and again at 7am! Maybe don’t go during bike week?

The side view of beach from hotel room, the balcony where we could sit, the location of the Main Street and it’s things to do, restaurant’s, beach store fronts, gas stations. The hotel has a dedicated area for smokers outside the premises.
I did not like that we had to ask for ice by going to the hotel lobby from our room on the 5th floor each time we needed it. The hotel does not have any type of breakfast, donuts, snacks nothing. I think I saw a coffee machine.

Location to the beach.
The refrigerator area and bathroom had ants. No privacy partitions on the balconies. The towels and was cloths had hair in them. There was some type of substance on the dresser handles and headboards. The inside of the drawers in the bathroom vanity were dirty. Another substance that was red was on the bathroom door frame.
