Cleaning room and very great design. There are a living room and kitchen, appropriate for teamwork or team/group activities. A bit far from the center and the street is under construction. Quiet area.

The location is quite far from town. 10 mins by car and or by mcycle. (Not walking distance) . It is located in a housing area and locals there are quite friendly. At night, its dark and quiet. We got a 1st floor room , so we cant see the scenery . The room is big , we got sky blue room . No airconditioner (which I dont think you need one) . The kitchen is there for you to use microwave etc. There is no receptionist, you will be given password to enter into the house and find the key to your room which I feel like having a treasure hunt . I met the owner , very nice person . We enjoy our stay , just the location is not our preference.

This hostel is located in a small alley and quite far from downtown. They don't provide the reception services. Only provide the codes for front gate and room door. It makes me feel quite insecure 😅. Staffs are nice and friendly. Not bad.

1. Room looks like the same as pictures showed. But they have different branches, those. beautiful window is not in the same building of sunset,ocean,blue sky room. 2. Location is a little bit far away from the city center. And it is ON THE HILL, which means it has a beautiful view but you need to climb a lot to get to the building. If you ride a scooter, the road to the guesthouse is really steep. Don't try it if you are not the local. 3. They really need to improve cleanness. When we check in, i found hairs on the pillow case, bed sheet, floor. And the trash under the bed. I asked the host do they have new pillow cases and sheet that we could change by ourselves, and host reply us the day after that we already slept for one night that they could clean the room for us. Also, i asked the host could we use the washing machine on the ground floor for our laundry, NO REPLY at all.

Buen sitio desde donde visitar Da Lat durante 1 o 2 días. Las habitaciones son grandes y están limpias. Está a unos 10-15 minutos del centro a pie. Si no quieres gastarte mucho dinero y no te molesta andar un poco cada día este es tu hostel.

到达后看完房子就离开了”
本来是抱着期待的，拖着行李坐出租车过去，出租车司机左拐右拐也找不到，后来打电话后房东来接，才知道出租车无法到门口，有很长的一段坡路，拖着行李非常难走，房东是一个年轻男孩子，我们带着宝宝也没有帮忙拿一些行李箱，所以拖着行李跟他走了很久才到房子，进入后提着大大的箱子上了三楼，房子很冷清，没有别人，也比较乱，想着将就下吧，想租摩托车去吃饭，也被告知没有摩托车出租，帮忙借摩托，借了很久也没有结果，由于没吃午饭只好让房东帮忙先叫个出租车，也是很久没有来，瞬间觉得在这里住实在太艰难了，尤其是还带着宝宝，太不方便了，就和房东协商是否可以退一下，不肯退，为了接下来的日子过的愉快，将近800人民币就当丢了吧，又重新拉着箱子爬坡上去离开重新找房子了，爬到路上在路边坐了半个小时才打到车，实在太偏僻，后悔定之前没有看评价，其实偏僻也不是问题，主要是房东没有给予顾客好的服务，如果有摩托车，或者能帮忙拿下行李也不会离开的，总之不推荐大家，住在这里太辛苦了。

不推荐游客预定。房子属于老房子，衣柜和里面的设施都比较老旧。当天我订了两间房，两天都没洗澡，订了两天只住了一天，没办法 床很硬，布草很旧感觉睡了几十年代的老床，房间就是做了些简单的修饰，所以图片……买家秀，各位懂的。 房间位置也难找，各种路绕来绕去才到。

自行入住感觉有一点点不方便 去了不知道联系还好碰到住在那的住客帮忙联系的老板开的门、不然都不知道怎么进去、这一点很不方便！房间很大很便宜光线好、就是出去要走一段路才到大马路！非常不喜欢的一点明明是12点退房、我们11.40赶回酒店回房间收拾最后行李、却发现门被打开清洁的大爷擅自动了我们的行李把我们的行李都放出门口了！我们只能在门口检查是否遗失、挺讨厌人不在私自动东西、很没礼貌、最起码提前通知一声

Phòng rộng, decor đẹp, ấm. Homestay ở cuối hẻm nên khá yên tĩnh. Gian bếp có đầy đủ trang thiết bị để nấu nướng, sẽ rất phù hợp nếu bạn đi cùng với gia đình hoặc nhóm đông người. Thái độ của các bạn làm dịch vụ ở đây rất tuyệt.

Nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng phải nói là rất nhiệt tình và dễ mến. Ngoại trừ việc đường đi khó tìm ra. Góp ý để khách sau dễ tìm nhà hơn, b có thể cho số nhà của tiệm gas hoặc số nhà đối diện ngõ là 54 Nguyễn Trung Trực, rồi sau đó xem theo hướng dẫn của các b thì sẽ ra. M lần đầu tiên tới khu đó, mà xem video ko hiểu là chỗ nào vs chỗ nào. Hỏi dân quanh đó ngta cũng ko biết chỗ nào . Hên sao đi trúng ngõ đó Ps: Lần sau có đến ĐL thì m sẽ tiếp tục tới Cobe

Mình lên đl theo cảm hứng, chẳng chuẩn bị gì, lên xe và đi thôi. Trên xe mình lướt thấy cobe khá xin xắn và giá phù hợp nên book và có hỏi là khuya lên tới 2h vào nhà bằng cách nào ( vì các homestay đôi khi bất lợi ở chỗ k có quầy reception, k có ng mở cửa hay đóng cửa sớm, k gởi đc hành lí v..v) . Cobe đã hướng dẫn mình vào rất cẩn thận, dù là khuya. Phòng sạch sẽ, xinh xắn, ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết như máy sấy tóc, nước nóng lạnh, chăn ga sạch đẹp, đèn đóm sáng sủa, có bàn trang điểm có gắn đèn ( mình thích vụ này) .... Mọi yêu cầu của mình đều đc rep qua tn nhanh, nhiệt tình. Lúc về thì mình book chuyến xe đêm nên hỏi có thể ở trễ trả phòng hơi chiều tối thì Cobe chỉ charge mình ít phí ( so với ks khác trả sau 6pm là 100% tiền phòng rồi) Nói chung mình đã ở và quay lại 2 lần . Very nice.

Cobe homestay- chốn xinh yên bình cho ai muốn đến Đà Lạt”
Mình ở Cobe 1 đêm, Cobe homestay 2. Điểm đầu tiên minh thích ở Cobe là nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Mặc dù chỉ nhắn tin online để lấy mã nhận phòng hay nhận xe, và gặp 1 lần nhưng cách chăm sóc khách hàng của Cobe rất thân thiện. Homestay free cả 2 chai nước, cafe, và mì gói cho khách. Bạn nào muốn check in dôc nhà bò (Đào Duy Từ) dễ dàng, đi bộ 2 ph thì có thể book Cobe 2. Túm lại là Cobe rất tuyệt! ^^ P/S: Mình chỉ có 1 điểm cần Cobe cải thiện là dép mang trong nhà bạn có thể làm locker theo phòng được ko nhỉ!? Vì lúc mình đến dép mang trong nhà để ở kệ giày, các bạn đến có thể dễ dàng lấy, nhưng như vậy, nó hông được sạch ấy, vì mang lộn xộn nên có những mùi hông được thơm ><
