                Great location, construction noise”

                My stay here was OK. The room was nice, but strangely didn't get cleaned without me explicitly asking for it. There was a major construction noise during my stay so I cancelled the last day of my stay. This took about 20 minutes of negotiations and calling Agoda, but it did, in the end, work out, and I got 1 day refunded. I imagine the construction will be finished at some point, and then this would be an awesome location. As it was, they were building a subway and there was a very loud noise 24/ hours a day, even with earplugs. I think this hotel should consider noting this in the description for the time being, and offer a serious discount. I would not stay there until the construction is finished. I am usually able to sleep anywhere with earplugs, but this was a noise I literally never heard before. Like a jumbo jet taking off next to the hotel,except constant with no breaks.

                You need a place to rest, this hotel has it. Oh, and 24 hours convenience store in the ground floor. Located in the riverside area, so you can explore the downtown area, and then have a nice place to rest. Why bother spend much just for a place to sleep.

                Wifi did not work to us for some reason”

                The girls at the reception are very friendly and always helpful with nice smiles. We had trouble with Wifi for some reason and she tried to assist us but it did not work, but she did the best she can. The hotel is attached to Family mart convenience store. Everything else was fine, central location in Dong khoi area - most of the places to eat are quite expensive and harder to find the cheap local food place (compared to the backpacker area)

                Good location hotel to everywhere, 1st floor is a convenient store which you can buy some snacks and drinks for supper. I love the bed and pillow, even the room is a little bit dark and insufficient plugs for charging cell phones and equipment. Very quiet and good for people needs sleep after whole day walk.

                Great location. Secure premises as you have to walk through a convenience store to get there but the lock is just a simple lock and key. Small rooms but good enough for one person. Pretty clean. Bed was very comfortable.
