I love the Deluxe Room at the Hotel. Spacious with plenty of lighting choices. Excellent bathroom. Super air conditioning! Great location if you want to be close to the airport. Much better than any of the crummy airport hotels. Will stay again.

According to my experience, it's a little bit expensive comparing to other 3 stars hotel in this area. First, staff is very helpful and friendly. Second, the room is not so big but well design and bathroom was surprising me as it's bugger than what I expected but the room was not clean enough. It's not a new hotel so the mate should make sure that they have made it clean enough! My bed was a bit smelly and sofa was kidda dirty! The TV in my room was not working well and I have to called staff twice to fix it. Third, I didn't experience the breakfast so no ideas. Last, my room was in the last room on 5th floor and there is a construction near by. They start working at early morning and that's annoying me a lot! Anyway, I'd not come back here for a while!

I have stay here for 1 night , check in on 22.30 Pm, no parking need to park along the road but acceptable, i got couple room in 2 AM. Room beside me was so loudly cannot sleep so I call to office for requesting chang room and they change for me. Thank you very much for support

Great hotel if you need to be in the area”
This hotel is modern with friendly staff and a decent view. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the shower was the highlight as it has space for two and then some. The location is not near anything interesting and there is no breakfast.

Best location. My first day expeirence staff and room service is nice. The second night staff was changed, so sick. I got the dirty kettle not clean, I have been drunk already. My water already boiled so no more water to drink, they want to charge me. After feedback about drunk dirty water from dirty kettle so I got two bottles free. Without sorry from the staff hotel.

The Hotel is good value for money and I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is well maintained and house keeping take good care of it... The bathroom and shower were spacious and nicely decorated. Close by are restaurants and a 7/11.

Big room but Poor environment”
I was so disappointed by the hotel as the real condition is totaly dffrent wth what u see in Agoda. The room was so dated, need major renovation. The corridor was so dark & faded. The lady in front desk (day shift) was so kind hearted, providing my fmily a place to have meal.

Far away from the malls”
If you do not have your vehicle, this place is inaccessible as you need a vehicle to travel to places. There's not much light in the room especially if you are travelling with young kids. The toilets are clean and well maintained but not for the rest. TV is only catered to local guests.

we have stayed here many times now , never before left a review , time to rectify that . This is a relatively new hotel completed in 2015 . Stayed here 5 times now and have noticed it get busier over last 18 months with good reason , the staff are well trained and will accomodate requests with a posotive friendly response . The hotel is modern with good design features . the rooms follow this epoth well laid out and comfortable big bed . the bathroom is of good size with an excelent shower room . all in all really good hotel within easy reach of BTS (bearing station) will always stay here when in bang na .

Brand new hotel but one needs a car to get around ”
We booked it at a very reasonable rate last minute. The room is large and comfortable but there was a smell coming from the toilet. The shower area was also huge. Location wise it is far from the nearest BTS station ( around 5 to 10 minutes drive ) which is Bearing Station. We took a taxi from Coco Hotel to Don Mueang Airport on a Saturday afternoon. There was only light traffic so the 40 km ride took us 30 minutes and cost 310 Baht plus 120 Baht for tolls. Had we stayed in the city, the traffic jam might have taken us an hours even though the distance is half. Overall Coco Hotel is a good stay if you have your own car.
