Very disappointing ”
I recently stayed at the 1 bedroom pool villa. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the following: - 8 hours of no water or electricity. The Manager did not keep us up to date and took ages to reply. With no electricity, the air conditioning didn't work and therefore the room was unbearably hot and we had to sit in the dark. We felt trapped as the location is not listed correctly on the website and therefore we were stranded as our phones ran out of battery. - Accommodation location for the 1 bedroom villa on the accommodation website does not match reality (it is approx 30 minute difference in walk). It is not located well. We had to therefore incur 300 bhat in taxis each way when we went out frequently. The location listed online was much easier to travel to places by foot, we initially chose this as 20-25 min walk into town would’ve been perfectly fine however this location was 1 hour walking distance, we didn’t have an international license so therefore could not rent a bike. - The pool filter system was not good and therefore full of bits which wasn't pleasant. - No tea, coffee or water ever provided, which we feel is a basic. I am disappointed with the service received.

Very clean and nice room, amazing staff and great location! It's located close to the pier, restaurants, shops, beach, etc.. There's also kitchen with all amenities you would need if you decided to cook for yourself. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect”
We loved it at coco lilly, nice pool, wonderfull staff, especially the driver and receptionist, but everyone was so nice and welcoming and helpful! They gave us discount for the drives to the city and various beaches, many useful tips about locations, beaches, restaurants, ferry, absolutely perfect. If we come to Ko Phangan again we will stay here again. Great staff! The owner was quick at fixing a small a/c issue, very helpful. Did I mention staff was absolutely awesome? :)

We enjoyed two unforgettable weeks here. The resort is strategically located, everywhere. It is in the middle of a beautiful, well-kept garden, thanks to Joy and Will, you feel at home. They are helpful with everything you think. The bungalow was very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Best accommodation on the island. I hope to see you again ....... Really nice eu standardized well maintained smaller place with very friendly English native speaker owner, who was always willing to help with everything we needed! We spent there nearly a month and couldn't complain! Apartments were well equipped, cleaned and pool was also always kept clean! Would definitely recommend it and surely come back!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen , sehr freundliches und Hilfbereites kleines Unternehmen . Leider war die 3 Bett Villa nicht wie auf den Bildern , wir hatten uns etwas anderes vorgestellt ... Das Personal ist auch auf ein Wunsch zu tauschen eingegangen war aber nicht mehr möglich . Die Unteren Räume haben vermodert gerochen und wir haben uns dort auch wenn nur kurz aufgehalten , denke das lag an der Regenzeit und lässt sich nicht vermeiden ... sonst haben wir viel Spaß gehabt und haben uns Wohlgefühlt ... die empfohlenen Tips die man vom Personal bekommen hat waren der Hit ... Traumhafte Orte entdeckt . Man muss noch sagen das alle Zimmer mit extra Schlüsseln zu erreichen sind (alles separat , kein Raum ist miteinander verbunden ). Das obere Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön und wir haben uns nur dort Aufgehalten, dan ist die Küche mit Kühlschrank unten und nicht so schnell zu erreichen wenn man etwas braucht . denke das ist eine wunderschöne Villa wenn man in einer Gruppe unterwegs ist
