Good price for a spacious place that can accommodate six people, great swimming pool. location is far from the long beach but there is a free shuttle. It is close to puka beach. I

Staycation”
We had a great staycation last Aug.27-29,2016 in Boracay. We booked at this place and all i can say is just 'Wow'. Our room was spacious enough for us six and everything there was great. We got to relaxed and enjoyed the quiet environment of AltaVista. I recommend this place if you like a peaceful environment wherein you can relax, open your mind and meditate.

Photo is misleading, no access to hotel facilities”
The photos for this place is very misleading. The room does not overlook a pool. Also, the room is privately owned, which means you must pay to use the hotel pool (100 pesos a day) and there is no wifi access. It is also quite far from all the restaurants and activities, so you will also need to pay up to 150 pesos for a 10 min tricycle into town. The room is clean and ok, but would not book it again.

private apartment 면 수건도 5일내내 안갈아주고 헤어드라이기도 안주나요? 심지어 작은 벌레들도 많이 있고 객실 내 전화도 없어서 매번 찾아가서 컴플레인 제기했는데 그때마다 프론트에서는 private apartment라서 본인들 책임이 없다며 수건 이용하는것도 돈을 더 내고 빌려가라고 하고 심지어 수영장까지 돈을 더 내라고 하더군요. 커피포트 안에는 먹다 남은 라면이 썩어가고 바꿔달라했더니 private apartment 주인이 씻어주겠다하더니 결국 5일 내내 방안에서 썩고있었어요. 벌레가 안생길수 없겠더군요. 휴지도 리필해주지도 않아서 직접 사서 썼어요. 전혀 적은 액수가 아닌데 왜 이런 어처구니 없는 서비스를 받아야하는지 이해할 수 없었어요. 심지어 알타비스타 자체에서 예약하는 비용보다 비싸거나 비슷하더군요. 이 글을 보는 분들은 절대 알타비스타 내에 있는 코쿤305-k 이용하지 마세요. 같은 돈을 내고 어이없는 서비스를 받게 될겁니다. 알타비스타 측에서도 반성해야할겁니다. 어떻게 같은 알타비스타 이름을 달고 영업을 하면서 서비스의 질이 이렇게나 떨어질 수가 있나요. 이건 알타비스타의 이름에 먹칠하는 겁니다. private apartment 사장들 관리도 같이 꼭 하시길. 제가 다녔던 숙소 중 게스트하우스보다도 못한 최악 중 최악이었습니다.

개인 비치가 있어서 셔틀타고 마치 전세낸것 처럼 놀아서좋았어옄ㅋㅋ직원들도 친절하고 에어컨도 빵빵하고 근데 와이파이가..잘않터져서ㅠㅠ 잡히지않는... 아그리고 다좋은데 개미가 있어서..휴..ㅠㅠㅠ 막 탁자위를 돌아댕기는게 보여요 그래도 시내에 방잡은것보단 조용해서 잘햇다는 생각이드는게 시끄러우면 잡을 못자거든욤ㅋㅋ 시내랑 떨어져잇어도 한시간마다 셔틀 운행하니까 시간맞춰서 놀았더니 별 불편함 못느꼇어여~
