Hirap mkipg coordinate sa owner ng property, even sa care taker. Luma na yung place .
We paid almost 5k. Pero were not satisfied. We stayed overnight. Nakaka hinayang. Nakakalungkot sayang pera.

I booked for a 3BR and we we're given a 2BR and a matress!
I originally booked for a 3BR, unit 212. Upon arrival, the caretaker said that the unit was already occupied. I mean, how come? I have the booking details with me. He said that they are trying to contact me and they are not getting any replies. Just to clarify, I did not received ang message/call from the property owner. Such a disappointment!

Very poor customer service and a crapy place!!
I believed 50% of what we pay as customers when we booked a stay is customer service. Do not rent this place! If you don’t want to get embarrassed to your friends, workmates or to your family. Technically, anyone you’ll be with. I’ll provide the reasons one by one: First - security guards of Belmira building are sarcastic and disrespectful. He told us when we are looking for a parking space that we only rented the unit but no parking space. He also told us he doesn’t have the key of the unit and if we don’t have contact person he can’t do anything about it. Second - number provided on the agoda listing is not working or updated. So what we did is we asked around and finally got in touch with the agent/contact his name is Bryan. Third - while we are in the elevator, Bryan informed us that the 3 Bedroom unit has been occupied and he needs to downgrade us to a 2 bedroom unit. We asked who booked the 3 bedroom first and he said that it was us!! But he will just refund us 300 pesos and will provide the mattress. Forth - The mattress provided will not accommodate everyone. Fifth - When we arrived in their 2 bedroom unit there is a spoiled spaghetti in the sink!! Floor is dusty and mice droppings allover. Sixth - We booked the place because we need a convenient place to conduct strategic planning. However, their wifi is not working. They informed us that it will be fixed by nighttime but it never worked!! Seventh - Bryan is not responsive to our inquiries! I sent this person text messages responded after 10 hours asking me when are we going to leave. So we will never book again with them! Worst experience ever! P.S And Agoda is not very responsive as well to our emails. Very disappointing.

Good
The unit itself was comfortable and location are easy to find. But there some areas need to improve here like doors need to repair, couches and pillow need to wash, staffs to accomodate visitors are not so accomodating, toiletries was poor. The rest in this unit was good for stayin over.

Place ok but not the staff
prior to me arriving to cypress towers, i was already getting in touch with the contact person, at first, i was guaranteed that i can use all their things inside the unit. come my arrival date, i msged them asking for the room details, it took me 30 mins before i got it. so i waited for so long in celesta for 15 mins, then only to find out that the unit was in belmira. when i arrived, lpg is empty, they wanted me to use induction cooker which is not also available, i told them the reason why i booked the unit is because of the oven, then they asked me to pay first the lpg and will just charge it to excess in person. the following day, i was asking for refund, they told me that since they were 5 of us she will charge me 400/ head in excess of 3, vs initial conversation of 300 in excess of 5. the unit was good, however i had a hard time dealing with their staff. I will not book with them again. no matts, only 3 towel available. no potholder, no drinking water etc. minimal trashbin

Spacious but old
During our first night in the property- someone made a very very loud knock in our door at around 2-3am. We've complained to the security the next morning, we were told we have to wait for the head of security to view the CCTV (during officer hours only). I got busy the next few days til I didn't have time to follow up the issue. I just think it was very very scary. We couldn't sleep on the following nights - decided to leave the property earlier than out booked dates. The entire property has 24hr security, it remains a puzzle to me how such event happened. Anyways, we were safe.
