Love the stay and the customer service”
The downside for this place the hotel is not exactly on the side of the main road. You will still have to walk for a short distance in the middle shop alley. And the shower water heater is a bit slow so need some patience to it. The elevator starts from level 1 so will have to give up to stairs from GF. But on the plus side front desk receptionist will give a very warmth welcome and service. It’s really wonderful. Location wise is convenient and for the first time ever I can actually sleep so well in this hotel as my previous stay experience in other hotels are noisy as they are located in the side of the main road. So being located not exactly the side of the main road have its benefits after all. It is super clean also! Will make my stay to there again whenever I’m traveling to HCMC in future .

I've stayed in 4 star hotels in USA that weren't as clean. Amazingly well utilized small rooms that have everything you need. Very nice staff. Area is not touristy, but close enough for walking. Amazing local food choices, street food-to-restaraunts.

Despite the stellar rating I had uncomfortable stay”
The owner was not up to date with the reservation when I arrived. The room is not soundproofed and you can hear everything what is happening in the next room. The damp smell woke ,me up several times. They try to hide it with heavy scents. There were also ants in the bed. The owner kept asking me my telephone number and the the check out time many times. He had his excuses to do this. I think you could have more pleasant and hassle free stay somewhere else. I stayed in the cozy room for one night.

Pretty good homestay”
This place was pretty good! Convenient location close to tourist attractions (although the alley it's in is a little noisy), and the rooms were small but well layed out. The only thing is that while the DIY free laundry is nice in theory, it does mean you have to contend with other users and spend your own vacation time doing this - if you have a decently long time in Saigon this is fine, but if you're in a rush a full service laundry might be better.

Location gives you both accessibility and serenity. This is located in an alley between Nguyen Thi Minh Kai and Vo Van Tan, 2 major roads lined up with various restaurants, coffeeshops, stores etc. It also makes it easy to book a Grab (bike/car) and you can set pick up/drop off at either one of the major roads. As for the homestay itself, since it's located in the middle of the alley surrounded by local houses and other similar accommodations, it provides a quiet and peaceful surroundings away from the motorbike sounds and honking. The staff is accommodating too. My flight arrives 1am local time and they created a group chat with me giving me instructions how to self check in, together with video guide to make sure I can follow the steps (which turned out to be super simple). The room I stayed in had a Murphy Bed that you pull from a wall but don't get thrown off with it, it's actually really comfortable. I slept really well with their choice of mattress and pillows. I really enjoyed my stay here. ❤️

Rapport qualité prix plus que compétitif. La chambre était parfaitement équipée. Juste un bémol : l'insonorisation qui n'est pas optimale. A part ça, rien à dire, bonne pression de douche et eau chaude. Vous pouvez même faire votre linge gratuitement. Allez-y sans hésiter, c'est une très bonne adresse.

Hier haben wir unsere ersten 2 Nächte in Vietnam verbracht . Super Lage, alles sehenswerte ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das personal ist super freundlich und hat uns sogar noch nach dem check out weitergeholfen, als wir die Bushaltestelle nicht gefunden haben :)

ホーチミン複数回訪問で、ブイビエンの喧騒に飽きた方にお勧めです。周囲には高評価のローカル食堂がいくつもあり食も楽しめます。 宿泊施設はベトナムでは多いホームステイ系（個人経営の民宿のようなもの）です。入り口で靴を脱いでサンダルに履き替えます。 レセプションの担当は親切ですが、早朝深夜には不在でしたので、到着時間等は事前に連絡しておいた方がいいでしょう。 エレベーターありとありまうが、2階までは細い階段（大きなスーツケースは苦労するかもしれない）で、2階から上はエレベーターで移動できます。 止まった部屋は広さは十分で、浴室も綺麗でした。お湯の温度も十分で、水勢もいいです。 窓なしの部屋もあるようですが、窓ありの部屋をお勧めします。 非常に過ごしやすく、いい滞在でした。おすすめできます。

一人旅には十分な設備と清潔さです。 スタッフの方とは、ほぼLINEでやりとりしますが、 いつもオープンマインドな姿勢で、 どんな小さなことでも 快く応えてくださいました。 電気設備は適切に使えます。 シャワー、トイレはTOTO製です。 備付けは、シャワージェル、シャンプー、ハンドソープで、 コンディショナーや歯ブラシはありませんでした。 ランドリーとキッチンは共用でしたが、使用しませんでした。 宿に帰ってくることへの心配がありませんでした。 静かでよく眠れます。 女性も過ごしやすいと思います。

ホテル側の手配ミスにより、無料で窓際の部屋に案内された。案内された部屋は1人で使うには十分すぎるほどの大きさで、かつ清潔である。ただ、トイレとシャワーが一体化しているので、気になるかたは注意。また、バスタオルやタオル、そしてコーヒーなど多数のアメニティが使えたのも良い

Mình book phòng cho ba mẹ mình vào dự lễ tốt nghiệp của em gái, phòng sạch sẽ thoáng mát, cửa ra vào an ninh rất tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình và rất thân thiện, view rất đẹp, giá phòng thì rất là OK. Cho khách sạn năm sao nhé, khi nào ba mẹ hoặc bạn bè vào lại TPHCM sẽ book tiếp ở homestay này.
