Ms. Tess and her staff were nice and helpful even during late at night. The place is cozy and safe. Upper units will give you an awesome view of the city especially during sunset and at night. Our unit was on the 39th floor. Bar and resto's, conveniences stores as well as pasalubong center were just stone throw away. We even just walked our to Magellan's cross (15 mins) and Sky Experience (5 mins). They had to replace the wifi router and load the same twice during our stay. We had to request for a water heater and potable water (P50 per container). These are the only the things that they need to improve. I will definitely go back to Horizon's 101 on my next visit in Cebu!
