A month ago I booked this room and was hesitant about the reviews, almost canceled. Some said it was dirty, there were no amenities, the receptionist was unfriendly, etc. I read good reviews on Google and watched on YouTube, but the experience I had was truly satisfying. I arrived during a long weekend when the hotel was very busy, and upon arriving the security directed parking to a strategic spot, and when the parking was full we were still accommodated. The receptionist was friendly, I was given a room that perfectly matched my request on Agoda, I arrived at 3 PM and didn't have to wait long to check in and could directly rest. The room was clean, I stayed with my kids in the Loft Suite, there were exactly 4 towels and amenities, tea and coffee were complete. Drinking water was provided in glass bottles for use with the dispenser. The room was clean, the bed on the mezzanine was soft, the TV and AC worked well, the swimming pool was clean, and the gym was comfortable. It was close to a mall and a short walk away. Thank you The Life Style, our experience in Surabaya this time was the best!
