There is so amenities given by Oyo but these PPL are not maintaining it. No hot water, flush of toilet not working, ac was not effective, TV is there but no chanels in it, electric fluctuations are there, This hotel is not value for money. Two stars is given. 1star is for bed another one is for staff behaviour. The place is interior so you can't get any restaurant nearby.

When we given complaint to manager on door lock was not proper and unable to lock and bathroom fitting also damaged, found bed bugs on cots, One of the staff manger at 2pm on 14th nov , saying that we given room thats it. It was damaged by previous guests not by staff and whatever money paid by you for that we given room. We use to charge 1800rs per room but you paid online 1510 rs and agoda paid to us 1300rs. Here agoda is safe and hotel is safe with their money finaly we customers will face problems whole night our family with a small children was not slept due to bed bugs. Finaly after having such pathetic experience by choosing these type of hotels in agoda these is my last booking and uninstall the agoda app. Thank you agoda for giving such pathetic experience, without verifying or checking on hotel standards by agoda. If these type of staff availble in any industry it will shut down in couple of days sure.

Dirty!No service! Don't Accept Cards”
Ok, let's start with how can an establishment not take cards in this age?! While they have gpay and phone pay options, most people I know while travelling tend to us CCs and this establishment doesn't accept cards. Coming to service, the lift doesn't work, the room didn't have a landline that we can call the reception from if needed. No drinking water was provided, since there was no landline, I literally had to msg the reception guy on phone pay to send two bottles of water. The room, ergh, what do I even say about it. The room was dirty, extremely dirty, the bed sheet was torn, when asked for cleaning they mentioned there is no staff. The show mirror was broken and the remainder of that mirror was still on the wall. It's definitely was a Hazzard. The curtains looked like 10years old, torn and never laundered. The bathroom was dirty, the tap was leaking, not hand soap was available. At a point there was no water, although it was just for 5 or 10 mins but gotta point it out. The stairs were dusty and dirty too. Oh and btw, since the beds were not clean I woke up to some sort of red bumps on my legs, even though I ensured to dust the bed before sleeping. Horrible horrible experience.

I have bood the room from the site which has costed me 1200 and when reached the stay they demanded to pay extra amount of 800 as the price which offered by agoda to property management is not matching there expectations… Never trust the sea rock management
