Close to train station
Location, clean
Good. Staff was nice and they has a basic breakfast buffet for a better price than any cafe on the street. Rome is a geographically small city so it was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. On the hotel's street were good restaurants so it was convent. Despite the reputation of the past, the neighborhood is good and safe

Very nice and comfortable staying
The rooms are very comfortable, clean and perfect to relax after a whole day walking around the city. They seem to be new and the staff was very friendly with us any time we asked for what we needed.
The stay in the hotel was perfect for us as you can go to many monuments of interest in the city by foot, and you have a bus/subway stop nearby for those that are further. There are many places for dinner in the neighbourhood to choose and one of the best "gelateria" of Rome in our opinion called "La Romana"(via XX settembre). If you need any information or any problem you have, don't hesitate to ask the staff, they will be pleased to help you at any time. Definately a perfect stay!

Great service from the staff
The staff was great to work with
The first room was very small but they upgraded us without hesitation and at no additional cost. The check-in process was a little confussing but again the staff service was great. The breakfast room was very clean and kept well. It is a little bit away from the city center but not bad for a casual walk.
