Colonia santa Maria is one of the best property I have stayed among all my vacations. With properly placed as per the location. Direct access to beach. Happening surroundings yet calm inside the resort facilities. It was a pleasant stay here in CSM.

Have been to this awesome property for annual vacation with family. Absolutely amazing experience. Staffbis helpful, location is beautiful near to beach( walking distance) . Breakfast was great. It's very near to all popular places/hotel/food joints and beaches. Must visit place.

Nice Decennt Comfortable Resory”
Right on the Beach with lots of Beach Shacks and Boscos is the Best of all for good Food & Genuine Drinks and decent and safe too. Breakfast is adequate and well presented. Evenings in the Dining Hall is pleasant with occasional inhouse Celebrations. House Keeping is Perfect. Pillows are too Big and hard and heavy like Rocks. You have to ask for Soft and Liw Pillows that they will supply on demand. Reception Staff are pretty long time in Service and they make you feel at home always. Overall I like COLONIA santamaria and I have visited them over 32 times in 15 years.

Overall Very Good”
Stayed here for 15/16 times. I booked through Agoda and stayed here 3 Nights last week of Feb 2022. All Old Staff are gone due to Pandemic and I found all new Staff for first time. It makes a difference when you miss old people. Food Varieties now are limited but cooking is Good and Tasty. Just next to the Beach. Evening iy is nice to Dit and have Drinks and Dinner in their Restaurant, it is Cool

Excellent stay but for staff bluntness”
Everything is fine about this property, especially location. From the back side of the hotel, you will be in Beach in 2 min. Spread of Break fast provided is not huge but enough. For the other side,i should mention that the house keeping staff needs to improve. When I asked to clean ONLY bath room (around 3pm) as it was full of sand,( due to bath of kids after return from Beach). House keeping bluntly said room cleaning is only one time and they cant attend it, even it is only bath room. When asked for laundry to give back clothes by 7am next morning, they said NO, it happens only after 10am. When I requested, they said they will check up whether they can do or not, and call back which never happend. If you can bear with these kind of things, it is the best for location and Value for Money.

Eveyrthing was ok ok 1) breakfast timings are too less 2) No proper helpdesk to assist anybody The Biggest issue :- You cant book a taxi while you are in the hotel , the taxi mafia standing outside hotel dont let them enter inside , also at athe checkout i had a baby and 3 suitcases, which we carried around 500 metres to our taxi , and even hotel staff didnt helped , these taxi mafia are way too rude.

5 nights during XMas holidays”
Our stay at CSM was pretty good. We were 2 families with kids aged 5 and 10yrs. We stayed in deluxe rooms with garden view for 5 nights. Will list down the pros and cons. Some of these would be our personal experiences and all might not feel the same. Pros - Property very close to the beach with private access. One can walk to the beach at any point of the day or night, making it the top most reason for selecting CSM - Deluxe room sizes were good. The king size bed is pretty big and can easily accommodate 2 adults and a kid of 10-12 yrs. THough we had to pay for an extra mattress due to policy. - Bathrooms were also clean and decent sized - Total ambience of the property is great with the villa styled cottages. - Though we wanted pool view cottages, we got garden view cottages with rooms in the first floor. Which was good in a way, considering the pool was closed due to corona and kids liked jumping around in the garden. - Wifi router was provided specifically for our cottage after couple of days. Internet was fast too. - Complimentary breakfast was again a decent spread with different menu on all the days we stayed. Also the staff was prompt to provide anything special, not present in the spread. - All the staff, housekeeping staff, including the security were really friendly - Location has its advantages and disadvantages. Major advantage is its located on a shopping street which means good number of shopping and food options right outside on the main road including ATMs, pharmacies etc till late night. Disadvantage given in cons. Cons - Car parking is a challenge especially when in full capacity. We reached on Xmas day and the place was fully packed. The narrow drive-way within the property makes it challenging to navigate with other cars parked and fancy garden pots on the sides etc. A less experienced driver will find it difficult at times. Also not easy for SUV's and bigger cars. I damaged the bumper of my SUV while reversing in a tight spot. - Fi

Pros- Nice resort, very spacious rooms, just next to beach. Cons- Breakfast needs more variety. Reception staff is cold. Wifi is atrocious.
