This is at best a 3 star hotel with a chance for a 4 star if they had some kind of option of restaurant to eat besides only a pre fixed dinner in ONe restaurant - only other option is room service. Front desk people and manager has no clue how to treat guests as they check in. No concessions what so ever, whether issues with bookings, or type of room offered. They promise to upgrade if using their website to book, but it's BS. They count on the "if available" clause and try up charge you! Manager looks like a deer in headlights when you speak to him. All they can use as an excuse is "Its corporate policy, our hands our tight" no clue what service means, even when it's a special occasion - no concessions at all! Another disappointing point - they lure families with young kids promising a kid,s club - NON EXISTENT! Just an outdoor playground. No 5 star hotel has only one concierge person, and none between the hours of 1-5pm! You're stuck doing ur own research and reservations, Although he tries hard to accommodate all guests, it's just not fair not to give him help.. No currency exchange or even ATM available at the hotel! It's ridiculous.. Next town is 35 mins away! A 5 star with no food service at all by the pool?! You have to walk in the heat to the top to eat food or snacks. You call that service on vacation.,? One redeeming quality is the staff Other than the front desk staff, staff at the pool side and restaurant and bar always try to accommodate you and they work hard. They deserve a pat on the back. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Choose a 4 star nearby for a Better deal and guaranteed a nicer front desk staff"

I had see view room It is not 5 stars finishing From touket space to room tobed or pillows They have drainage problem wich give bad smell speacily room 1 floor Beach and pools are very nice but service to the pool is slow Location is perfect Lunch buffet is good Breakfast choice very good Diner was bad and price unjustified not even the quality of lunch buffet wich is better for sure Again location and landscaping is so relaxing Very calm and relaxing

Llegamos al hotel entrada la tarde. Aunque no había un cartel indicativo a la entrada del camino, fue fácilmente reconocible, por las fotos de la página web. Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato muy cordial. Ello nos facilitó que al día siguiente disfrutáramos de las calas y pudieramos dejar la habitación a las 15,30 p.m. sin cargo adicional. Questo bellissimo resort vanta una posizione favolosa! Arrivati al check-in ci hanno fatto un upgrade di camera. Camera molto gradevole vista mare con terrazzino. All’esterno ci sono 5 Piscine immense è una piccola spiaggia con lettini ed ombrelloni. La tranquillità che regna in questo resort non è da sottovalutare. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione, la cena era à la carte con piatti gustosi e tradizionali. Colazione ottima. La palestra è molto attrezzata e la spa è dotata di una piscina con acqua salata,due docce emozionali con aroma terapia, una sauna ed un bagno turco, molto carina la degustazione di tisane da poter fare a bordo piscina.

Try to avoid this hotel . Terrible service , not safe for kids, they gave canoe to children in a windy day , and they gone to the open sea . Thanks got , they survived , because at the end wind brought them to the cliff. No one from the hotel rescued them , for 3 hours parents were in a hell

The hotel team especially the general manager was absolutely helpful. The AGODA reservation was unhonorable to what I have booked for. AGODA put different information to the hotel which is not my request and made my reservation unaccessible. Thanks God for the hotel general manager to fix it. I would never ever deal with AGODA especially they never answer their phone or reply to the emails requests by me.

Great stay for a couple. Quiet, beautiful and very attentive staff. We did the half board and the food was fantastic. Only thing is to be sure to take semi formal clothes to gain access to the restaurant un the evening (males not allowed in shorts or singlets). If you want to travel around various beaches, you will need a car.
