"We chose this place based on location and price. It fit our budget and had good reviews. We were not disappointed. It's within walking distance to many major sights including the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. One thing we missed was the lounging area on the rooftop. We didn't know until our last night and wish we had found out sooner. It's got a great view of the city and it's very relaxing. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Excellent, it is a Guest house and we were made to feel very welcome, the staff Florina and Dowenico were very attentive. The location is fabulous 70 yards from the Colosseum and 300 yards from the Metro. Our room was at the back on the 3rd floor, many stairs, but had a lovely bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Excellent air--conditioning. The continental breakfast was very good, choice of croissants with different fillings, cereals, bread, preserves, cheese, yogurts, fruits, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. We were out early one day to catch the early train to Venice they gave us a packed breakfast. Two excellent restaurants within 2 blocks Luzzi Italian food and Li Rioni best pizza. Best Gelato end of block. Been to Rome 3 times, we would stay here again."

"Nice, comfortable and clean room. Sylvia at the reception is very happy and friendly. She will give you all the info you want when planning your excursions. Don't let the entrance of the building fool you, the rooms are excellent! On your way to the city centre (2km more or less, but then you are really in the middle), you walk past a lot of points of interest, like the Colosseum and piazza Venezia. Don't doubt booking here if you are looking for a good place to sleep when in Rome."
