The hotel is just 7 mins walk from the station. There is a parking lot next to the hotel with 24 hours security (you need to pay ¥500 per day). The staff can speak English, very polite & helpful. Second floor got washing machine & dryer. The room is a standard Japan hotel but clean. Morning buffet breakfast but some items will change Everyday. I highly recommended this hotel.

Near to the train station but we are driving. Just park at the next building which is the service offer by the hotel with pay (Yen 500 per night). The hotel room is not big but provide with all the necessity that you need. Breakfast is good and will change the main course every day. It also provide pay laundry service

Overall good stay”
We were able to make a last minute trip and manage to book a room here with a good price for 6nights stay. Location was great and close to the bus terminal and train station. The free breakfast was good though not much option for the main course. The place for breakfast is quite small so there is an option for guest to pack and take out their food. We did have a negative experience when a staff was eyeing me and looking at me negatively for taking out my bread. I paid for everything in advance so i think that was unnecessary and really rude of the staff since breakfast was free and buffet style. English was not really an optional at the hotel so we had quite a hard time requesting or asking the staff. But they were accommodating despite the language barrier. There was also free coffee from 2pm till midnight. And there was a microwave available for use anytime do it’s very useful when you want to reheat food you’ve bought outside.

very utilitarian, but for a simple overnight stay perfectly suitable. as in other locations in Kushiro, staff speaks very limited english, but sufficient for the stay needs.

Typical Business Hotel”
Your typical Japanes business hotel adjacent to the JR station. No issues with cleanliness; size is to be expected; amenities were standard. Parking is 550 Yen per night (Feb 2023), and is via car stacking/tower system - Mazda 3 was fine (very long cars may not fit). The one issue: walls are quite thin - we could hear (loud) neighbours in the morning. Didn't affect our sleep though, as we were out by 5:30am. Something to consider for longer stays..

今回、釧路での用事があり3泊しました。初めて泊まるホテルだったので、行くまで、どんなところか少し不安だったのですが、お部屋に入ると、とても清潔な感じで広さもあり、大変に快適に過ごせました。3連泊したので、日ごとに、フロントの方、清掃の方、駐車場の方と、何人も職員の方に対応していただきましたが、みなさん大変に感じが良くて、本当に気持ち良く過ごさせていただきました。無料の朝食も、十分に美味しくて満足でした！立地も、近くに駅や飲食店もあり、便利でした。図書館が近いのも嬉しかったです！すべてにおいて大変に満足しました！！これからも、定期的に釧路に宿泊する予定があるので、是非、定宿にして、今後も利用させていただきます！有難うございました！！

釧路コンフォート、帯広に続き2回目です。 フロントの眼鏡の女性の対応がとても心地よく、部屋も快適。ウェルカムドリンクもありがたい。なんといっても朝食がいい。好きなものばかりで特にアボカドチキンが美味しく、野菜も美味しいし、野菜スープやスムージーがある所が嬉しい。また利用したい。

真夏の避暑のために釧路に滞在しました。このホテルは釧路駅の前で、空港からのバスがすぐ近くに止まります。建物もきれいだし、朝食が無料なのにとても充実した内容です。来年もぜひ利用したいです。

この料金で朝食込みなのは安い！ しかも朝食は種類が少ないけど朝から出たらうれしいものばかりwワッフルとか。 お部屋もきれいだし駅前にあるため便利。 ただ釧路駅前は本当何もなくなり 移動手段しかなく食べる店はほとんどないけど。 おすすめのホテルです！
