Good location for Disney World Parks”
we stayed at this hotel for a week while visiting the local disney and theme parks in orlando. the rooms were clean and reasonably spacious and the overall condition of the premises were good. there was an initial mixup with the name of the hotel which resulted in our transfer dropping us off at another nearby hotel because they had swapped names and didn't inform agoda. then when we finally arrived they could not find the agoda booking. staff in general were found wanting in several areas. they appeared ill-informed about most inquiries, provided wrong or misleading information to customers (most noteably the theme park advisors in the foyer) and were not overly friendly. the breakfasts were boring after day one with what looked and tasted like powdered eggs and some disgusting waffles being the highlight and served on paper plates with plastic forks. while this seems to be a usa thing its very tacky and certainly does nothing for the environment.

To be honest, facilities are too old compared to other similar inn and no bar to hang up towels and no place to put soap. For the more, too crowded to eat breakfast, but around cafeteria like McDonald's and wild steak hourse with beers.

Overall nice stay. Some negatives. Requested 6 a.m. wake-up call and they called at 2 a.m. Elevators are small and crowded. Limited electrical outlets, one of which didn't work. Positivies. Gave us room with bunk beds for kids which they liked. Good breakfast bar.

Hotel was not clean. Easy access to parks. Bathroom too small. View outside looked into a dirty pond. The lobby had a weird smell always. 2 of the three elevators didnot work.

*Close to Magic Kingdom *Good Pool *Need to improve the Breakfast (maybe it would be better egg and Bacon, the usual Breakfast) *Great Staff * Need to improve Landry (I got a issue with a machine) *Goog bed for couples too. *Close to Walmart, that's great.

The worst hotel and very dirty room”
I booked 5 nights & 100% regret for my 1st time stay at this hotel. 1. Very dirty room & no housekeeping on the bed. 2. Smelly room , dirty toilet, the metal accessories in the wardrobe are all rusted. 3. The bathroom wooden cabinet are rotten. 4. The longbath have crocoach. 5. The breakfast have limited choice 6. The mirror frame are broken. I requested to chance to another room but unfortunately the conditions of the room still same. Wonder why the second room also had crocoach ? I fully not recommend to stay in this hotel comfort inn kissimmee by the Park orlando.

The hotel is far away from everything, and very outdated. Had to move room because the safe wasn’t working, the phone had to be fixed, fridge far too cold and water filling up in the bath tub when taking a shower. Breakfast terrible and threadmill not functioning. Stay away!

Prime Location”
Good location. Wifi connection is clunky. Room we stayed in smells like my grandpa's cologne. Clean and comfy enough to sleep in. Bunk bed placed in a weird corner. No complimentary water.
