Stayed for a week ”
Very pleasant stay here with my bf, stayed here for 1 week for the Hillsong Conference. We had a very comfortable stay, and very grateful for the free shuttle to Sydney Olpic Park every morning. Shuttle timing are 730 am and 830am. Front desk staff are more than helpful! We booked a studio with a kitchenette however the inductor wasn't hot enough for us to cook so we used the microwave and the oven. The room was huge and toilet is very clean. We are more than pleased. Hotel is quite a walk from burwood station. So we took the bus and it's 2 stop to the station. After the station u can find Westfield mall and many restaurants along the st. Will Def consider this hotel again.

Very comfortable stay ”
We stayed for 9 nights and i will recommend this hotel / apartment to my friends visiting Sydney for short or longer stay. Pros: Comfortable stay and lovely staff Free Fast Wifi, we loved it! Bonus of courtesy morning drop offs at near by stations Lots of food shops at Burwood road (about 20 min walk) and also couple of them are very near by ( including one at site) About 15 min walk from burwood train station On site free covered car park Cons: Can't really find any problems Can be a long walk to train station with young family there were little things here and there but it can be with any place.

Charming, clean, comfortable”
Staff were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Most accommodating proprietor, rooms were large (2 bed room apartment), comfortable beds. Close to public transport (bus stop right outside the hotel)that takes you to the city or to Westfield in Burwood. Down the road there's the Sports Bar which is handy. Highly recommend this to any traveller, no hidden surprises, well advertised and actually found it offered more than what it promoted. Thank you Ziena, to you and your staff - Victoria and Elina, friendly smiles every morning / evening, well informed with any questions we had. The Chef was great and offered non-biased info about other options for dining.

Great Place for Short Stay Close to Olympic Park”
Firstly the staff were wonderful, very friendly & extremely helpful. Our room was very nice, with a comfortable bed & very quiet. Considering the motel is on a main road (making it very easy to find!) we did not hear traffic noises at all meaning we weren't being woken up during the night. The under shower bath was too small for an adult but parents with kids will find it a lot easier for getting littlies ready for bed at night. Getting into the carpark is a little tight for bigger cars/4WD but nothing unmanageable. We would definitely stay there again & recommend it to others. **note - we didn't eat at the motel but the menu looked pretty good & prices reasonable**

This was the best hotel stay ever! The staff were so helpful, they were even printing out documents for us. And they let us use the microwave in their kitchen instead of making us buy our meals from them. The room we had was great, really clean and very comfortable. We only had a 1 bedroom apartment, but it was set out like a 2 bedroom, so it was very useful for us going in and out sat different times of the day and night. They had a free shuttle bus every morning and there are heaps of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. I will definately be staying with this hotel again!

Inner west stay - close to family”
Our stay was uneventful. It was clos to our family in the inner west and easy drive into the city. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is of a normal standard, but not what you would consider luxurious. But it suited our purpose to be close to family, as we didn't spend much time in the room. We have a small child and on arrival he received a coloring pack which he loved. We stayed in a family room and it could have benefited from a microwave. The beds were a bit hard and the bed wheels on tile flooring was interesting when you would hop into bed. Otherwise, it was a good average hotel.

great hotel/service nice room, everything you need”
I enjoyed the family feel atmosphere, the staff where all happy and friendly. The staff were also very accommodating. (The staff let me order the courtesy bus within the 24hrs notice),The room was well appointed and had everything working except a light at the bathroom mirror. The safe was a good size. The bed was comfortable, room nice and dark. Had a desk and reading light. Nice quality furniture. the Bathroom- disabled, was huge and had a large bench top for toiletries I borrowed 3 teapots without any bother felt very privileged, thankyou

Highly recommend this hotel. We went for school reunion and friends stayed there as well. They stayed in a suite which was very nice as well. Bed was a bit hard though.

Room for improvement”
It was a mixed experience for us. We would have considered staying in the cbd if it wasn't for the event venue which was closer to Burwood. The good - we got to get on a free courtesy bus each morning, had nice coffees from the cafes and the studio room was spacious for 2 with a useful kitchenette. The not-too-positives would be the inconsistent service standards (we felt the female front desk staff were much friendlier than the male staff), wonky wifi (daily allowance expires after 10 minutes of use), aircon heater did not always work well (to the hotel's credit, they offered extra blankets). The room felt cold almost all the time! Lastly, the room walls might have been extremely thin. We could hear the family next door very clearly, which didn't help if you wanted an early night's rest. The whole building is old and our corridor was dim at night. Price wise, we paid a high rate as it was a peak period. We wouldn't have paid the same amount otherwise. Location wise, it was 2 bus stops from the nearest train station which wasn't too bad unless you're carrying loads of bags. All in all I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel but a 3 star motel with potential and a lot of room for improvement.

Nice and clean hotel with Parking”
the check in facility was very quick and car park was easyily accessable with good lift. we had a suite with a double bed and pull out sofa bed. the double bed was good but the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but what do you expect from a sofa bed. didn't try the resaurant as there was a good italian across the road and also a nice thai restaurent close by.

iv stayed in this hotel before and the delux rooms which are much cheaper have a bath tub but the junior suite only had a small ensuite bathroom with a small shower that seems odd given that there are 2 seperate rooms.

Handy to Canterbury Park Racecourse, lovely meal in the on site restaurant. The girl who checked us in was exceptional at her job. Very highly recommend this Hotel.

Aircon not working and in a poor state of repair. ”
It was ok, but not great. The hotel was in a poor state of repair with many repairs being obvious and of poor quality. The air con did not work in the first room and we were given another room. The second room only had one of the 2 air cons working. Attitude of night manager was to treat me like I was some sort of idiot and didn't know how to work an air conditioner. She did however realise that the aircon was no good and move us into another room. I would not consider its location as optimal to our needs as it was quite a way from the rail system. The price was exorbitant for the quality and location of the hotel. The attitude of the main manager was much better than the night manager as she was friendly, helpful and decisive. When we arrived the lift was not working and we had to use the stairs. With young children and luggage it was not pleasant. No assistance was offered.

Definitely one to return to”
This motel was a find! so close to Acer Arena, quiet despite the highway location. The staff were very helpful about providing directions and information; breakfast included was an added bonus with great coffee and once again the service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be returning to this one!

We stayed there four nights to be close to Strathfield Private hospital. In hind site,it'd probably have been better to stay closer to the city centre. Not much to see or do around Burwood.However, it did serve its purpose.
