Pleasant stay”
The Comfort Inn and Suites Convention Center was centrally located - we walked to restaurants and attractions (Titanic Exhibition). The inn also has a shuttle service to Disney parks and Universal (we did not use). Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, eggs, cereals and bacon and sausage. My kids liked the fact that they could make their own waffles (choice between plain and blueberry). The inn offered guest laundry services and gladly provided change for the machines. Negatives: The area serving breakfast was small and cramped around 8-9am as the inn was full or nearly so during our stay. We booked a room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We were given a room on the ground floor (wonderful!) fitted with a sleeper couch. Unfortunately, the sleeper couch was not made and only three bath towels supplied. We had to set up the sleeper couch ourselves and make the bed. I had to ask for extra bedding and towels, which was promptly brought to the room.

Great for Universal”
If your looking for a clean & comfortable place for a short stay then the Comfort Inn is it. We stayed for 3 nights just to do Universal, we walked to the parks in a little over half an hour as there was no room left on the free shuttle bus. Breakfast is basic as is the rest of the hotel but it was a good spot for a base.

Great hotel for the price”
The hotel itself, (location, cleanliness, pictures vs real life) all of it was great. However, by “free breakfast” they mean a grab bag at the front desk with a muffin, granola bar, and apple juice. Coffee and tea are the only other drink options in the once breakfast area. Needless to say, it was not enough to fill us up and we went to chick fil a or McDonald’s for breakfast. We would have stayed here even if they didn’t offer free breakfast, but if it’s important to you then just be aware.

Don’t come back again ”
The whole room smells like carpet, and the smell of smelly feet all night makes me hide my head in the sheets. The so-called massage hot pool is also warm water, which is not a hot spring hotel at all. The price of $85 a night is really not worth it. When I check in, they charge an extra handling fee of $3.95.

The place is run down. Not clean at all and both of our rooms had a really bad odor, I guess they are still not doing continental breakfast because of covid even though it’s advertised . Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not return !

Strong Mildew Smell in Room 528”
Kind & helpful staff. Great location for Convention Center. Rest was adequate; just not the restful, peaceful sanctuary I needed to feel refreshed for long hours @ the Convention Center during the daytime. Public restroom dirty. Drink machine inoperable. Ice machine super loud.

Half way decent”
This place has a nice lobby and breakfast area seemed like recently remodeled free breakfast was also nice they even kept it open bit after the breakfast hours, that's where the niceness ends... Rooms are a OK, suits have only one sink, the carpet very dirty and sticky in the room but much worse in the hallways, lot of places there was water dripping from the ceiling and the carpet by the elevators was soaking wet the first day we were there. very long waits for Elevators every time and there are NO STAIRS near the elevators.
