Very good good staff but room and bathroom are even smaller than in the picture. Good location . Bus #24 in front of the hotel , directly to many london attractions. Room upstair have a very low water pressure.
Great location but amenities could be improved ”
The location is excellent. It is equidistant from both Victoria and Pimlico station. Hotel staff were amicable. Breakfast was continental and relatively good. Beds were hard and the bathroom was small and when you showered you got water on everything. On one night during my stay the alarm went off and woke us up. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Just acceptable ”
Good be needs improvement ”
Room had a damp patch on ceiling and shower smelled of urine
Great location, rooms are too small”
The hotel is in the heart of London. Attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye etc are in walkable distance. The connectivity is great. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel. Victoria station is around 300 meters which connects to the rest of the city by tube (subway) and to Gatwick airport via Gatwick Express or Southern. Otherwise, the hotel is small, rooms are extremely small. There's hardly any space for two to comfortably walk around. The bathroom is smaller than a smallest elevator you could find. They serve breakfast, not many options, but just about fine to get started with your day. They serve it in the basement which is again extremely small and gets congested when guests get there for the breakfast. The staff are friendly. We were let to do a early check-in. The room wasn't completely ready though. The bathroom had to be cleaned before we could use it. There's a luggage room in the basement that they let you to store your baggage if you want to take a stro
Good for a stay in London”
The hotel is very close to Victoria station and therefore very central. The room was small but clean and cosy. Unfortunately the breakfast was a packed breakfast although there was a picture of a buffet when I booked the breakfast. But it was good and enough. All in all, I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to everyone.
I got this room as the last one available on a greatly reduced rate. As such it was very good value for money. The room was small but clean and adequate for a one night stay. Bathroom needed a bit of contortion to get in and out but water was hot and the shower worked. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is also next to a very good Italian restaurant which for a business traveller is a real plus.
"Petite"stay for the theatre. ”
Our room was all we needed for a one night stay. The mattress on the bed wasn't the comfiest and we only had a thin pillow each but we didn't ask for another as we were too exhausted to move once we were in. (After a full day of exploring) The staff were very helpful and friendly and we were able to check in slightly early too which was great!! The breakfast was all you needed to set you up for the day. The location was brilliant, very close to Pimlico underground, Victoria Apollo theatre, Buckingham palace ect. The only real complaint I have was there was a big gap under the door and the people at both sides of our room (7) were really noisy when they came in at 2am shouting and shutting and opening the doors, this went on for over half an hour, I thought the hotel staff may have came and ask them to be quiet but they didn't. Other than this a reasonable stay.
Our stay was comfortable and pleasant”
This was a small hotel within walking distance of Victoria Station. The room was small but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to many tourist sites (Buckingham Palace can be reached by walking )and ease of travel by train or bus make this an ideal budget hotel.
Good for student, near underway”
The hotel lies near the Pilmco station and Victoria underway station, which take about 5 and 15 minutes' walk respectively. Actually, the hotel is not very quiet at night. The elevator is slow, and also the wireless. In terms of the breakfast, they provide bread, buns, muffins, milk, other drinks and canned fruit. Most important of all, the twins room and bathroom are a little small. If you're not so high standard, this can be a good choice for sleeping.
Booked this hotel due to proximity to Victoria Station (had an early morning bus tour and wanted to be within walking distance). We had a room for 3 booked but they "upgraded" us to a room for 4 in the basement. This sounded good but we soon discovered no AC in the basement (at least the lobby and hallways of ground floor were air conditioned, not sure about the rooms). The shower was also problematic in the basement. A not unusual thing but the shower floods the whole room (no shower pan) so showers and clean up can be a bit of a mess. Not sure if other rooms have this challenge. All in all not bad, but if the basement room is your only choice, might consider somewhere else.
Last minute booking. Small room, uncomfortable bed, the whole bathroom was a shower, mold on the bathroom door. But you get what you pay for. Staff was nice. If you just need a bed to sleep for a few hours for a cheaper price this will work
Room was small and basic, ”
Close to victoria tube station Room was very basic along with Continental breakfast.
Room too old and small”
Hotel is more like a house and heating was not enough. The room is very, very small and old.
Loved the location, not use to small rooms but never have traveled to Europe before. It was nice to have breakfast. I would recommend it to friends
Makes Premier Inn look posh”
We hoped for more but were disappointed. A lot of street noise, rooms with very small bathrooms (wet rooms actually - worse than a North Sea ferry), and the advertised breakfast was a disappointing pack up in a paper bag.
My stay at this hotel left me impressed with some aspects and disappointed with others. The room was fairly comfortable (albeit a little dull) and equipped with everything I needed, and the convenient, central location of the hotel was a big plus. However, the room was also slightly cramped, the cleanliness of the storage space was questionable and the bedsheets had several dark spots. One major issue was the wireless internet connection: there were frequent periods of several minutes in which it was very slow, unresponsive or dropped completely. It required constant patience to use the internet and I found it virtually impossible to hold a video call. The service was generally excellent; the staff were always helpful and approachable. One receptionist in particular, Ramona, stood out as being friendly, welcoming and gave much useful advice - it was always a pleasure to talk with her on the way in or out! Overall it was a satisfactory stay, but improvements could certainly be made to the rooms and internet connection.

A decent hotel, nice location”
Lively neighborhood, lot of nice restaurants around. Hotel room was small, quiet and tidy. Breakfast simple with croissants, pasteries, youghurt, bread, eggs, coffee and juice. A walk distance (5min) to Victoria station/underground.

Comfort Inn Westminster - Jan. 2016”
Room was decent enough considering the cheap price. Comparing it to other hotels I've stayed at in London at this price range, I was not disappointed. The bathroom was in need of a renovation (tiles, paint, shower, shower head) and the exhaust fan did not work. The toilet also didn't flush so well. Staff were very kind and helpful. Other than the issues with the bathroom, I was happy with my stay.
Toilet condition is awful, shower drain clogging!”
I paid the full amount of rate and stayed for 2 nights with an en-suite bathroom but the shower drain clogged for the entire 2 nights, end up I need to take shower in different room for 2 nights!!! It caused us to wrap a tower and walk from room to room, which we felt disgusted. I'm trying to make complaint to the manager but he's always not around even the staff told me that the manager will be in the hotel at 10am but I've waited for half an hour and he's still not in! Besides that, do not pay for the breakfast as some booking website will offer to customer who demand for a breakfast and pay for a very cheap breakfast but Do Noy Pay For The Breakfast!!! The breakfast have bread and cereal with coffee and fruit juice, that's all. The hotel rating is overrated! Not worth to stay.
