One night stay”
We stayed there one night on our way to Colorafo. When we arrived in the room, there were towels on the floor of the bathroom and the room was obviously not ready. But the staff at the front desk quickly gave us another room. The second room was clean and neat. But we were not provided extra sheet for the sofa bed even though we stated there would be 5 persons in our party. The breakfast was ok but with no fruit. The lady in the breakfast area cleaned the tables quickly.

We were given the room for people with wheelchair. It was fine, but there was no place to hang coats and no hunger. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the staff just said they don't have extra. Not very helpful.

Convenient (on I-40) and clean; price is reasonable. Staff is not particularly helpful but most people who stay here are on the way somewhere else, so the requirements of a highway hotel are not the same as in a destination location

The staff was great, the room was enormous, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic! The pool could be a little bit warmer, but the hot tub helped with that!

Great Value for room size and accomodations”
When we checked into our room we realized the mini fridge was gone. Hotel staff had no idea why it was missing. We parked on the side of the hotel and used the side entrance and discovered that the side entrance was not secure. The key-card reader was not working and the side entry was accessible to anyone who opened the door. We reported it immediately - 2 hours later the door was still unsecured at 11:30 PM. The pullout couch was not suitable for anyone over 100 pounds, very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great place to stay for the money. Only problem I had was the towels were kind of dingy. The staff was always friendly and polite. All in all was a great experience.
