Worth the price”
Room is a loft type. It has ac ground stairs and at the bed area. Toilet and bath is kind of small but enough space to atleast move around inside while showering. They offer breakfast. Tocino and longganisa is very tasty. I was hoping to taste their tinapa but they dont have it at the time. Theres 2 sari sari storejust outside the inn. You can buy beers and drink inside the room. Smoking area is across the inn at their parking lot. Total experience is super worth it.

Good place for travelers. It is very spacious as compared to other budget hotels/inns. They only have the basic amenities, which we didn't really mind since we were out on tours most of the time. The place exceeded my expectation especially since we only paid a very cheap price (I was expecting only a small basic room for php800).

I totally forgot about this until the hotel just send their promo in reply to my message while on our way to Legazpi last Dec 22. Anyway, our check in was not really a good one. We arrived tired from a long 15 hrs drive from Lucena, reached 11pm with our drive-thru dinner & 2 small kids but took the staff some time to check us in because they can't find our booking or was missed out by the other staff, good thing there was an available room for us. I informed this to the property only to be replied "Noted Sir". However, I would like to commend one of the staff (guy) who was very accommodating & even helped us buy dinner on our last night. Planning to go back to Legazpi and definitely will not stay here anymore.

Rooms do not have the same categories in diff sites, and pictures are not updated (wrongly described). Power loss could be a problem. Ask about it beforehand. Advise- ask exactly what to expect. (I forgot if I got back my deposit.)

Almost but not quite”
Stayed for five days in September 2019. The place looks good, and there it ends. Management didn’t seem to notice that the shower and the heater do not work. TAP WATER ISSUE - I had to use my own handkerchief as filter since there’s this thick sediment from the faucet. They definitely need to put up a sign that the tap water is NOT for drinking, not even for brushing the teeth due to the aforementioned sediment. Cleaners saw my poor attempt at filtration yet nothing was done, not even a mention. I’m not a picky nor a delicate guest, but this experience had to be shared. Their staff, specially those at the Front Desk, truly need customer service training. I paid in advance for the duration of my stay, I didn’t want the hassle nor the time for last minute booking of another hotel. I just had to grin and bear it. What made it bearable was I only had to stay there at night to just literally sleep and shower. My stay was memorable, for not so good reasons.

It's really making me sad to write this but if you are sensitivie to noise, avoid this place. the neighbors have dogs, who keep barking at each other, incessantly, and it prevented me from having a good rest after having driven 12 hours.... I loved the facilities, beds and linens superb, nice shower, super can-do staff and nice, clean, pro attitude, but those dogs.... really killed my experience. I would have returned for sure but I can't handle that ghetto area. Thanks to the staff for making a big effort.
