My recent 5-night stay at Como Metropolitan Bangkok was amazing. Having stayed here multiple times since 2010, each and every visit has surpassed the previous one. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted and welcomed by the front door team into the foyer, followed by the front desk team who are extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything that you need. After a swift check-in process, I was escorted to my Metropolitan room on the 10th floor which had great views of the Sathorn area and pool. The room is large with a wardrobe on entry, a great lounge area with smart tv, a work desk, a mini bar, a coffee machine plus loads of other amenities. An amazing King size bed is the centerpiece of the room which is very comfortable with great pillows and linen. The aircon is strong and wifi is super fast also. The bathroom is fantastic with a vanity area, toilet, separate shower, and bathtub with products by Como Shambhala to use. Breakfast is at Nahm, which has a really nice relaxed setting with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pool. They have an amazing menu with lots of tasty options, great coffee plus a small buffet area as well. The swimming pool is large with plenty of sun lounges to spend your day relaxing and working on your tan. The pool attendants are also extremely friendly guys and always on hand. The Como Shambhala Spa is an amazing retreat and offers wonderful service. I had a 90 min massage which was one of the best I've had for a very long time. The gym is on the same floor and has plenty of equipment for a great workout, a small yoga studio is next door, and change rooms opposite with lockers to store your belongings, plus showers, a jacuzzi, and a steam room as well. Overall Como Metropolitan Bangkok is a great choice for anyone wanting to stay at a premium hotel with amazing service which is very consistent. Loved the Como. Staff was amazing. They took care of all my needs. It started on arrival when I was greeted with a delicious cold beverage. Followed by thoughtful introduction to all the amenities that were available in the room and a detailed briefing of all of the amenities of the hotel. The front desk was always happy to help with dinner reservations, sightseeing suggestions. Amazing experience. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Great service, excellent gym with top of the range new equipment. Pool is large and stunning. Service was impeccable and friendly. One of the best breakfasts where you can order from the menu and buffet food and drinks. The degustation dinner was outstanding and worth the money - authentic Thai not westernised. Would highly recommend and will stay again. 15min walk to Sala daeng station or 10min to Lumpini MRT.

I've been looking to stay at COMO since the first time iI went for dinner to Nahm few years ago. It looked cool and I wanted to try it. I have to say it didn't disappoint me. Room very cool, pool very cool, breakfast very relaxing by the pool. Personnel outstanding. The lady remembered what I had for breakfast the day before. Front desk extremely helpful in helping to book the PCR test. We were lucky because due to COVID it was not busy. Anyway, definitely I'll go back there next time I'm in BKK.
