My place offers functional and comfortable stay, fully furnished with new appliances and furniture. Ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 5 pax. Kitchen is equipped with multi function Gas/Electric range and Oven. Automatic washer is also available to take care of your laundry up to 6.5kg/wash.

In the living room is a 43” Smart TV powered by SKY Broadband FIBER INTERNET - gives you unlimited access to movie streaming via built-in applications like NETFLIX, YouTube, Amazon etc. TV Plus is also available for accessing local channels. Amenities available are Swimming pool and Fitness Gym.

The community is secured and gated with 24-hours security. Situated in a friendly neighborhood, with necessities and services available inside and outside the community. Spare a 2-3 mins walk down the entrance of the village and you will find wet and dry market along the road, shops and stores where you can find and buy whatever you need. Hail a trike (tricycle as a public transport) for PHP 11.00 per person and find yourself in Ortigas Avenue Extension where you will have various access to different parts of Metro Manila.
