- No slippers/shoes inside. - There is no housekeeping during your stay. Please keep the unit tidy and clean just like you do in your own home. - No bringing of foods inside the bedroom. - Kids below 3-5 years old must wear diaper/urine pads to avoid urine leak. - No vandalism. - Garbage must be disposed at the ground floor upon check out. - Please be considerate turn off 1 or both AC unit if not needed. - All electric appliances must be turned off when leaving the unit. YOU BREAK. YOU PAY POLICY. - ALL DAMAGES INCURRED DURING YOUR STAY MUST BE DECLARED IMMEDIATELY!! NO SMOKING IN ALL AREAS OF THE UNIT. (5,000 FINE FOR STUBBORN GUESTS) NO FRYING OF ANY SEAFOODS. STRICTY NO BRINGING OF UNDECLARED GUESTS. (Unexpected/Undeclared guests that will stay for more than 4 hrs will be charged the same amount of additional fee per head.) NOTE: - Failure to follow the house rules has a corresponding penalty of 1,000 pesos per rule that is not followed. - Confirmation of this booking also means the guest agreement to all house rules and corresponding penalties associated with it. - We collect security deposit amounting Php 2,000 pesos upon check in but refundable if there is no damages in the property upon check out.
