The location is superb as it is very close to places. The room is very clean and massive and comes with a massage chair. Parking is also available at ground level. The manager of the accommodation is very patient and Friendly to foreigners.

Basically exceeded my expectations. The room is large and very nice and clean. Location wise might be a bit far from the main train station, but it is close to all the tourist spots, like Hakodate hill, the old churches district, etc. Facilities is a bit light, I.e. no ironing board, washing machine, gym, etc. But I would say very good accommodation for tourists looking to explore Hakodate.

Good location. The room was spacious for four people. Early check in have to pay 1,080 yen more for 1 hour earlier (check in time is 15.00). Also have to pay for the car park.

There was Netflix when we stayed there. The location isn’t very good as it is in the middle of a residential area. Limited eating choices and convenience shops.

Wonderful winter experience ”
It was our first time in Hakodate and this place has made our winter experience more enjoyable. We chose a room with balcony, and it got filled up with snow. So we made it as our own private play area for the kids. We even cancelled trip to ski resort as it is more convenient to keep the kids warm immediately. My kids are begging to extend our stay but it’s not as simple. We will definitely come back and recommend to all who want to enjoy winter in Japan.

お部屋が広くて清潔。事前の相談にも親身に対応していただきました。立地も観光スポットに歩きで回れる場所なので、車を置いてゆっくり楽しめます。部屋数が少なくフロントもマンションの管理人室のようなイメージで、滞在中は自分のマンションを使っているかのように寛ぐことができました。ぜひまた利用させていただきたいと思うホテルです。
