Hotel was nice, but internet should be included”

My stay was short, only two nights. I was there with my husband and we were visiting Florence. The best thing was that bus from the hotel was available to take us to the city centre which was about 10 km far. The hotel was nice, just the internet and hotel tax has to be extra paid. In this kind of hotel I would expect to have internet access for free.

Good service and good value ”

The hotel honestly feels a bit old but overall the room was good value. After comparing this hotel to others I was worried it was too far away from the center of the city but I read a review by another traveler about the free shuttle bus service. The shuttle bus runs three times a day and drops off at three locations in the city and picks up from the train station three times a day. This can limit you to how long you can stay out unless you are happy to pay at 20 euro taxi fair back to the hotel (23 in my case). The hotel web site states the taxi fair from the airport being around 40 euro and I ended up paying 38 so they were right on with the estimate (and that was with Friday afternoon traffic). The room itself was standard. Nothing special but, unlike other reviews I had read of other hotels, the room was always clean and all facilities worked without issue. We opted to pay for the breakfast on the first day we stayed and discovered it's not value for money. If you are young and have the energy I'd recommend trying one of the cafe's in the city for better value. If you don't have the energy to search around then the breakfast is not a bad option (especially if you eat a lot). Bathroom was fine. All items renewed every day. My wife read somewhere to leave a small tip for the cleaning staff so we left 1 euro each day and got a note thanking us. Maybe this helped with the service we got.

Magnificent hotel located away from the city”

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was lovely and had good service. The hotels location away from city was not a detriment as the hotel provides its own shuttle service in and out of the city six times each day, and there is also access to a public bus service. The hotel is within walking distance to a supermarket, pubs, bank and post office.

Run down hotel with rude front desk staff”

We got a deal on Agoda for this room so breakfast was not included. Internet was provided but only for a very high cost. More importantly, the hotel was far from the main center of Florence, the shuttle service was limited (it did not run throughout the day and you had to wait in line - for at least 30 minutes- to ensure that you got one of the only 15 available seats). The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful and charged us twice for our 2nd night even though we had already paid for both nights and had receipts; I had addressed this issue to make sure we would not be charged twice and was rudely responded to that of course I would not be - they then charged us as a "no-show". Would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

i wıll come back to thıs hotel for my next trıp and i offer the same to the travellers of fırenze area.the hotel has very good shuttle servıce to the center of fırenze for the value thıs should be the best hotel ın the fırenze area.

Nice hotel but bad location”

Being a Sheraton, I was expecting more. Rooms are large and clean, but hotel is quite old and seems to me abandoned. When I arrive looked like hotel was closed since seems just few guests stayed in this hotel. Location is not good and just considered it in case you have a car. There is a shuttle service to city centre but you need to be dependent on it. Staff is good and provide you enough information for you stay in Firenze.

Valued of money”

I love this hotel because it located near city, The Mall and Space outlet (just 20 minnutes to The Mall outlet and 30 minutes to Space outlet). Furthermore, I have a car and need parking space. This hotel has free parking facilities.

Nice hotel”

It's good and I'll choose to stay again. It's litter far from the center, but it's fine with shuttle bus service. Room is also big enough to stay.

Location is not good long distance from the city, it is not 4 stars, unpleasant reception staff and not worth the money, I never recommend to anyone

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten für eine Junior-Suite. Sehr geräumig und ordentlich. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, da jedoch Parken in Florenz sehr schwierig ist war dies nicht von Nachteil zumal ja 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt ein Bus fährt der einen in 20 Minuten in das Zentrum (Ca 4,5 km zu Fuß) bringt. Insgesamt in Sachen Preisleistung die absolut richtige Entscheidung für unseren Trip nach Florenz

Hotel datato, in posizione molto periferica, in prossimità del casello, ma consigliabile se si viaggia in auto. Ha costi piuttosto contenuti per comode stanze ampie e pulite. Colazione appena sufficiente. Parcheggio gratuito. Il centro dista circa 20 minuti in auto.

Ho soggiornato un finesettimana e nonostante la posizione un po' fuori Firenze è un buon albergo.
