Needs renovating but very comfortable rooms a beds”

Hotel needs to update its pictures it is no longer on the beach. The beach has been reclaimed and they are building a theme park and complex. Boats for halong bay are no longer based anywhere near here. Breakfast was OK mainly catering for Asians. But the standard eggs and bread were available. Room was very large with balcony and good view out to halong bay. The fixtures and fittings are very dated but clean. The bedding was good and the beds comfortable. Carpets in corridors needs cleaning. Restaurant was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite

Convenient place to rest after Halong Bay cruise”

All good - rather than drive straight back to Hanoi after boat cruise, I was seeking a place to stay in Halong City near restaurants and the beach. This hotel was fine - a five minute walk to each. Hotel and rooms are a bit old and tired but room was huge with balcony overlooking the sea. Great view. For the price it was good value.

Very disappointed with this hotel, first thing to say is that it is no longer on a beach front, one of the reasons that I booked this hotel was that it was within walking distance of a beach, there is no beach anymore it’s just a construction site for a theme park on reclaimed land, the hotel is very old and run down, I booked a deluxe room as I like to have a room safe, however the room safe was so unreliable sometimes it opened sometimes it didn’t, I couldn’t use it as I didn’t want to risk putting my items into it, and I didn’t want to have to be calling staff to open it, the air conditioning unit started making grinding noises and dripping water in the middle of the night, so had to turn it off, in fairness to the staff they came and fixed it the next day, I’m not sure how to overall rate the staff, I think they are trying to do their best in a hotel that is really in a need of a major refit or to be demolished and rebuilt

Felt like a ghost town”

We barely saw any guests at the hotel or any staff during our stay, the staff at reception spoke no English and was uninterested in helping. Across the road there are bars and pubs which have their music blasting until late at night which went straight through our hotel window.

バイチェンにバスで到着後、ここに泊まりました。 建物自体は設備は古いものの、料金相応の作りで、特に不満はありませんでした。 翌朝、ハロン湾のクルージングツアーに申し込めるか受付のスタッフに聞きましたが、英語が出来ないスタッフで、スマホの翻訳ソフトで互いにやりとり。台風直撃で今日は全部中止とのことでした…。朝は天気が良かったので騙されたかと思いましたが、タクシードライバーにも中止と言われ、確信。 立地は、ほぼすべての部屋がオーシャンビューかと思われます。少々坂道を登る立地ですが、料金を安く済ませたいのであれば、なかなかおすすめのホテルです。

ハロン湾クル－ズに行くためのホテル”

古ぼけた感は否めないものの、ホテルとしての基本設備はしっかり整っておりましたので、寝泊まりするだけなら十分と思います。ハロン湾のツア－はこのホテルでは扱っておりませんでしたが、ハロン湾の船着き場までも徒歩でいける範囲でしたので船着き場で申し込めば良いと思います。

Phòng ở sạch đẹp, thoáng mát. Đồ ăn sáng tạm ổn. Vị trí trung tâm, rất thuận tiện để đi đến các điểm ăn chơi, nhưng cũng vì thế mà có một nhược điểm là bị ồn ào vì tiếng nhạc rất lớn của các quán bar bên đường đến quá nửa đêm.

Đối diện có quán bản đánh nhạc cực lớn đến gần nữa đêm, gia đình không thể ngủ nổi. Người lớn tuổi đi kèm Nhức đầu quá làm mất ngủ luôn. Thật kinh khủng

Địa điểm quá tốt , mỗi tội là tối ngủ muộn chút nhé ,vì đối điện ngay quán cà phê nhạc sàn . Hơi cũ nhưng Ok ,Nói chung là rất tốt so với giá tiền .

Добрый день, Кроме вкусной еды, отличной и интересной территории при отельной, порадовало отношение персонала к туристам. Как то мы потеряли шлем, думали с нас возьмут хорошую компенсацию, но первое, что спросил администратор, это как себя чувствовала девушка без шлема и все ли ок. За утерю шлема взяли совсем-совсем чутка.
