Wonderful hotel”
After some initial confusion with our booking (2 rooms but for some reason the children were not on the booking) the staff kindly apologised and upgraded due to the inconvenience. We didn’t get connecting rooms as requested, or one room with two twin beds, however the rooms were spacious and lovely with a very large, soft bed, so we worked it to our needs. The gym here is simply sensational. They have so much equipment, in very good condition, and it is probably the best hotel gym I have used in Bangkok. Great range and variety of machines and free weights, as well as cardio machines. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed time there. Breakfast was very good also. Our only complaint was ordering lunch at the pool where a garden salad took over an hour to arrive, which was ridiculous, and my wife ordered soup but the ciabatta did not arrive with it. One of the smoothies ordered also took 50 minutes to arrive. Given the price of the food that was disappointing. However, this is a lovely hotel and highly recommended. We hope to be back again!

A nice short break”
I wish i could stay longer! It was very much impressive. Very clean. Nice design. Staff is very polite and attentive. room's clean, pool's clean. a little bit disappointed about the breakfast though. Understand that they reduce the choices because of the pandemic and that tradeoff with special price. but I expected something better. Really love the room. Specious. Working desk and chair is perfect and comfy. Pillows and mattress is super comfy. overall, enjoyed the stay a lot. will go back for a longer stay.

Returned To Conrad Again. Staff, Amenities, and Location Cant' Be Beat!”
Wonderful hotel. Liked my stay at the Conrad that I returned once again after traveling around Thailand. The staff is beyond kind and professional. So well trained. Lynne at the front desk went beyond expectations. With out question she wanted to ensure my time there was satisfying. From Lynne and Koo Kay at the front desk, to staff at health club, pool attendants, bell boys at the front door, executive lounge, and housekeeping- ALL are consistently helpful and exceed at what they do. Most importantly their kindness comes from the heart and is not forced from a training manual. This is why I changed my loyalty from a neighbouring hotel to Conrad BKK. Will miss my time there! Thank you for making it a pleasure everyone!

Quiet and relaxing”
my Songkran holiday would be great out of Bangkok, or out of Thailand. But everything was cancelled. Then I had to look for something great in Bangkok. I found the one. Once I checked in, I locked myself in the room. So I could enjoy all the time without being disturbed. Nice bed took me to the good sleep Nice bathroom was so relaxing They provided me calm and peaceful time. If I had stayed there one more night, I couldn’t have left there. Exceptional”
I have stayed here a few times. Great location, a short free bus ride to BTS. The pool area is quite large as is the pool, very chilled area, there is also a small pool/ jacuzzi. The staff at reception where very polite and full of useful information when asked. The rooms where very clean and comfortable, big luxurious bed , They also have suites available for big groups or families. I’ll be back.

Great “old school” hotel ”
As mentioned in other reviews, it’s an older hotel but has very good facilities- pool is large, and there is a very good fitness facility. Also the hotel is connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a few restaurants. They have a free shuttle connection to the BTS. The breakfast is very good with options for both westerners as well as Thais etc. The service from the staff is excellent. Bell boys, valet parking attendants, and breakfast staff, etc. I stayed during Covid - not sure of the standard rate but it was very good value for my week stay.

Stayed 4 nights, loved every minute! Majestic lobby, friendly staff, clean luxurious rooms, VERY good gym with Technogym equipement. Dumbells, barbells and a seperate group class room. And then, the breakfast 🤤🤤🤤. Too much to write about.

Best hotel stay in Bangkok! ”
Me and my husband enjoyed our 4D3N stay in Conrad. The location is a 10 min walk from the BTS station but there’s bus shuttle to the BTS station. There is nearby eatery and there’s a mall connected to the mall which have lots of food and a short local shopping delights at the top floor. As there’s two main roads accessible to the hotel and it’s nearby the highway, we were not stuck in the traffic despite peak traffic period. Hotel stay was awesome! The hotel bed is comfy and room is very clean! Love my stay at Conrad and we will definitely stay at Conrad when we visit Bangkok!

Superb breakfast and service”
We asked for wine bucket and ice twice. We got full bucket of ice even it’s late at night. Also, the breakfast is superb. So many variety of selections. Most hotels serve only hot coffee but here, you can get iced coffee. Staff at Executive lounge are very service minded and go extra mile. We could get even take away coffee after breakfast as well.

This place has it all. I like to exercise and the fitness center is really big and has all the equipment needed. The swimming pool was huge and really nice as well. This hotel has everything you need. There is also a shopping center connected so you can get all the things you need.

Very nice and worth the money”
Location is close to the Main Street and malls. Shuttle provided to BTS. Room is spacious and beautiful. Only problem I have is the toilet seats are only meant for small people or children only. If you’re above 5 feet tall you might want to use lobby toilet instead during your stay

Luxurious ”
The Conrad was a great experience for our family. We were sad that the playground was closed but the pool and tennis courts were a blast. The hotel situated in a great location. Lots of food around, 7/11 a couple minutes walk away. Staff attentive and facilities beautiful. Will be back!
