First Trip to Seoul”
This was our first trip to Seoul and what memorable trip it was. Aside from doing the tourist stuff, the hotel was truly remarkable. It was one of the few that catered foe a family of 2 adults and 2 kids attached to the IFC Mall making it both easy and convinient. The room was brilliant overlooking the River Han, spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff was truly exceptional catering to our needs, helping in arranging special request and also various transportations. Right opposite is the Hyundai Mall giving further options for shopping. I had an amazing time staying at Conrad Seoul. The hotel is linked to IFC and Hyundai Shopping Mall. Many eating places and cafes nearby. Hotel staff are very responsive and helpful.

Overpriced, not good value for money”
For a 5 star hotel, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room, and I felt that they charge high prices for normal services that many hotels include for free (Wi-Fi only for HHonors members; breakfast is about $50 USD). The gym is really good and has a squat rack. Location is only convenient if you have meetings and business in that part of town.

Although it makes sense at most times to pay an extra amount for a better view out the window-- not here at Conrad it seems. Our room was exactly adjacent to the IFC office building; and could see workers on varying levels typing away into the night. Definitely not the best scenery to be facing. Will recommend other visitors to mention this upon booking/at the reception.
