Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel although there were some flaws that must be taken care of like the sausages during breakfast,well, it was a little bit dry,not juicy and the fruits were limited ( pine apple and watermelon only?) But other than that, Front desk staff ( Ms. Asya) and Ms. Ajiew and Tiffany at the executive lounge staffs, they were outstanding staffs of Conrad and of course the other staffs too, they should be rewarded for their excellent services. For me, Conrad is the finest place I have stayed in. What more can I say....🤗🍷

I was very dissatisfied with the experience of this check-in. I felt cheated. On the night of the 27th, I went to the counter to renew my stay. At that time, I confirmed with the lady at the counter to pay for two nights. As a result, I was told yesterday that the fee for one night still needs to be paid again. Because I just swiped the credit card pre authorization right at that time and didn't leave any voucher, the counter of the hotel was changed yesterday. I asked the lady who was in charge at that time Vacation status, so had to admit, this practice is very disgusting, the feeling is fraud!

6 Star Hotel & Service”
Stayed in the Conrad, Tokyo, from 20 - 24 August 2011 whilst on a business trip. It's about an hour coach (Airport Limousine Coach @ 3000 yen per person 1-way) ride away from Narita Airport. The hotel lobby is located on the 28th floor and checking-in was smooth and efficient. I was allocated a room on the 33rd floor and when I entered the room, I was blown away. The 'WOW!' factor shot through the scale. Large, comfortable room with full length windows overlooking Shiodome. A long sofa, bathtub with a rubber duckie, standing shower, toilet, king sized bed.. it was, to me, more than what a business traveller could have asked for. The hotel's signature restaurant is Gordon Ramsey's, so that speaks volumes of how good this hotel is. Naturally, for a hotel of such stature and the level of service provided, the cost of staying there is quite high. For 4 nights, I paid close to SGD2,500.00; which I think is worth every cent. Accessibility is convenient and cheap too as the Shiodome and Shimbashi stations are all within walking distance where you can take the sub-way to touristy places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi, Harajuku or even hop on to the JR Express to the airports (Narita or Haneda). If I am travelling again to Japan, Conrad would be my choice of hotel stay!

Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities, services and food ”
This is the first time we stayed at Conrad Tokyo and we had a very enjoyable and amazing time there. Facilities, services and food, excellent! And the location is also perfect, close to Ginza, Shiodome station and Shinbashi station, within walking distance. We stayed at many excellent resorts and hotels in Maldives, Bali, Dubai, Singapore, KL, Bangkok etc in the past, however, this is one of the best hotels for sure, and when returning to Tokyo next time, we will definitely choose Conrad Tokyo to stay.

Our stay at Conrad was probably the most enjoying stay at any hotel I have stayed in. It was so nice that I in fact have never written a review on any other hotel, and to me, that says something great in itself about Conrad. The staff was incredible, the food was good, the hotel had a nice look, the area was great. If you fancy yourself a trip to Tokyo, I would recommend Conrad.

Easy access to ginza by walk (appx. 15min.) And 1 min. To shimbashi station that access to roppongi, shibuya and elsewhere. Really enjoyed staying at Conrad Tokyo this time, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the best part was the room had an amazing view of Odaiba.

A great hotel, never disappoints ”
I’ve stayed many times in this hotel. In its class, I think it’s consistently the best in Tokyo. I like the location Shiodome, walking distance to Ginza but far enough that you could still take a taxi back without fuss. The service is impeccable, from the bell captains to check-in staff. The lobby has a great view of the harbour and the lobby bar houses a long fireside perfect for winter, with different musicians playing in the evenings. The rooms are spacious, modern and well-furnished. The bathroom is well-lit but at the same time, the night light in there is sufficient for overnight. Curtains in the bedroom are electrically controlled. My favourite part is the swimming pool and I always try to make it there, in winter and summer. If you are ok with the price (it can get exorbitant during peak season) you’re bound to have a terrific stay.

Luxurious and modern comfort”
We had a very comfortable stay at the Conrad. The only drawback is that the location is not close to the main shopping/eating areas but it is an easy 10 minute walk to Ginza. We loved how quiet and modern the hotel was while still being distinctly Japanese, and the service was excellent.
