Best vacation ever”
We are a couple and spent 5 nights in a Junior suite with the half board plan. The resort is unbelievably beautiful, and the experience was perfect. Room - clean, specious, high upkeep level, great design, with a big porch with sitting area. Each group of 4 rooms are in a separate building and each group of buildings have garden between them and a pool. Food - great food in the main breakfast buffet, and the sitting area is beautiful. We had dinner at the resort restaurants (each night a different one) and they are all great. The half board plan gives you in some restaurants a starter, a main dish and dissert, and in some (like Cyann) you only get credit of (~400 SCR per person). The food is great and the service is great. They have special evenings in some of the restaurants in some days (like lobster evening etc.), so check in advance. You need the reserve a table in advance. The Cyann was good food but a bit pricy The Helios was great food with no extra charge with the half board plan. The service there was great, and Gavin, the manager greeted us the moment we stepped in and informed my wife, which is pregnant, that he already checked with the chef in a advance which dishes are permitted for pregnant women. The service was unbelievable. You have to pay for your drinks in all the restaurants. Beaches - both beaches are beautiful, the south beach was less crowded and the north beach was where we spent most of our time. You can get snorkel and googles for free from the boat house and there are beautiful corals and fishes just 50m from the shore. There are ample beach beds and the beach is big, so you don't feel the people around you. Spa - the treatments are priced as expected in a 5 start resort (~3400 SCR for 90 min massage). If you buy a package of a few treatments, the prices drop up to 1800 SCR per treatment for 5 treatments, which is what we bought. It was an amazing vacation !!!”
It was an amazing vacation. We really enjoyed all resort facilities. The resort offers two nice private beaches that has an amazing view with turquoise sea and white sand sounded by Takamaka trees and green vegetation. The resort staff were very very nice and generous - ready to help you with any issue. The resort is very clean and huge - You feel like you are in paradise. The food was very great and delicious. We eat only Kosher food and the Chef Nykash met us at our arrival day and helped us a lot to adapt the food to our needs. He cooked for us a delicious fresh red/yellow tuna fish with a rich salad - It was the best tuna fish we ever eat!!! The staff always try to help you even above your expectations such as the nice buggy driver Josef was very nice and explained us where the main facilities. Hiru Daryanani the hotel manager helped us during our stay with any issue. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were lovely and always smile to you. All the staff members try to make your stay with a great experience and lovely feelings. We actually came as a guest and remain as a friend - We feel a part of Constance Ehpelia family. We will sure come back again next year!!!

Amazing hotel for honeymoon or family”
Everything was great. The location s isolated, so its perfect enough if you like privacy. The food was great, good choice of drinks and snacks. We were on honeymoon and booked Garden View room. The room was cleaned every day, there was a turndown service as well. Beach was nice, but if you r looking for snorkeling u can hire a boat and go to some other places. There was kayaking, snorkling equipment and etc provided free of charge. The territory of the hotel s huge. North wing rooms are better, so senior suite rooms are worth to book if you are hesiting. The only thing that I would suggest is to include sparkling wine and fresh coconut in the free breakfast selection. Another thing is to add jet spray in the rooms. Also to add small capsul coffee mashine (like nespresso or similar) as tea/coffee selection in the room is poor. In general, coffee quality might be impoved in the restaurants as well.

Amazing experience from arrival to checkout”
The entire staff is super committed to the atmosphere - they are kind and helpful, the rooms and well designed, highly relaxing and bed is a temple for sleeping with the “cushion menu”. The food is another great benefit- from breakfast to the selection of evening restaurants. The beach is crystal clear, clean, calm and a great place to spend most of the time. I can’t review the Spa/Sport activity since I have attended these facilities.

Post-catamaran relaxation”
We stayed in a 3 BR pool villa. It was perfect for us and our 3 older kids. There were 2 cabanas, one on either end of the pool. We enjoyed the privacy and chaise lounges. Cooling off in the pool was wonderful. The villa was spotless and well appointed. We used the complimentary bicycles to get to breakfast, etc. The beach was placid. All of the restaurants were more than satisfying -- regardless of what some have posted on TA. We would not change anything except that it would've been nice to be able to order meals to the villa. We decompressed after our 8-day catamaran experience and particularly enjoyed the Balinese massages!!

The Family pool villa was really outstanding: all my family was completely thrilled... Although we were not so lucky with the weather, we could really enjoy steaming bath and sauna as well as the largest spa of Indian Ocean: the treatment was really fantastic. And the staff is just wonderful... Only the food could be better (we are French so very demanding!) although we did not try the fine dining restaurant, CYANN... I was really funny to use bicycle across the huge estate. North part has the best beach and bay with many corals: overall GREAT PLACE !!!

Everything was simply excellent and amazing in this hotel. Much better service experience vs Tanzania. Something comparable to Maldives. Food much better for comparable money. Excellent beaches and views, huge territory with lots of amenities. Calm and peace, no annoying loud music, relaxing chill. I would give 10 out of 10, but aircon units are a bit weak overall, as I understand it's technology issue, therefore would give 9. Anything else was simply amazing!

What a beautiful resort! We were looked after by the staff as if we were their family. Facility of the resort are aplenty and one would be spoilt for choice. The resort is huge which is a big bonus as it gives you as a family time to explore and come across interesting things. I would like to give a shout out to certain members of the staff who really made our stay worthwhile: Gilbert (Ex. Chef); Raj (Chef); Kavita, Deerick, Umesh, Deepak, Nuraili who went out of their way to keep us comfortable and looked after our needs. As far as the kids are concerned, there are tons of things to do: Beaches, Numerous pools, kids club, zip line, hiking tours etc which would keep them engrossed and entertained ! Cheers!

Most pleasant experience”
The entire resort was well-planned, thoughtfully built, clean and beautiful. The rooms were large, airy (junior suite) and at each block there was a pool and lazing area so even if the resort was full, it would never be crowded. What I appreciated was there were separate areas catered to families with kids or the romantic couple who just need some quiet and privacy. What made an even lovelier difference was the staff - all were lovely, helpful, accommodating, including a thoughtful 4:30am coffee/tea and pastries when you have an early check out. It has all you need for perfect and relaxing holiday! If you like a more active vacation, there is a plenty of activities offered. And the U Spa is a paradise in paradise. And the food - it is simply divine. The resort is so big that you need days to explore it and it's worth it!

Nice, peaceful place”
Very nice resort, quite and peaceful - exactly what we were looking for. You can relax there and enjoy privacy. We were staying at junior suites which are in the southern part. Each group of junior suite houses has its own pool, so you can pick the one you like, less crowded, etc. Plenty of options to pick your sunbed - at the pool, closer to the beach, shadowed by trees, so no rush to get one. There is also another beach on the northern side - we went there once - but this one is public and more lively - we like our private and quite southern one more. Overall excellent experience, great food, staff polite and friendly. The only minor downside of the location - if I was to pick one - is that there is not many options to wander around, outside of the resort - we wanted to try local food and it's basically only 1 or 2 places available and relatively long walk.

Perfect getaway in terms of amenities, location and staff friendliness ”
We booked the 3 bedroom family villa and were extremely happy with the rooms in terms of size, amenities and staff friendliness. they have a wide range of restaurants 5 in total all with very different food and themes. Special shout out to Adam and Eve staff including their restaurant manager, who I can't remember his name. he was very accommodating even when we didn't have reservations. The food was simply amazing whether curries, sizzlers or noodles. special thanks to the chef. Deepak was our server and he is simply magnificent. He went out of his way to always make us feel comfortable. With regards to the villas I would like to thank Simon our butler who was always smiling and happy, portraying this to everyone around him. Jithu who used to make up our room for his excellence in performing his duty. Everyday he would make up a new creation with towels to keep the children amazed, one day a dog teddy bear, owl, elephant, etc... Finally I want to thank Alysn and Amit from the villa management team for their hospitality. I would recommend this place without hesitation for the value of money and quality of the service
