Super COO Hostel”
In my opinion, COO is the standard of what a boutique hostel means. When you walk in, it feels more luxurious than your typical hostel. The staff is super friendly and greets you promptly; they are also super informative and helpful. It is in a great location; only about a 5-10 minute walk from the Outram Park MRT station. There are also plenty of great places for food right next to the hostel, as well as Tiong Bahru Market only a 2 minute walk away. This is one of the cleanest hostels that I have been in. The rooms are extremely sterile, as well as the public washrooms on each floor. The housekeepers who work at this hostel clearly take care of the property and they do a great job at it. One thing I did not like though was the alarm to the room doors starts beeping too quickly. If left open for more than 5 seconds, it will start to beep, but the doors are quite cumbersome and sometimes don't close quick enough. But other than that, there are no complaints.

I stayed in Thad's for 2 nights in 4 bedded mix dorm and had a really good experience staying there. The staff (Zaly) is very helpful and friendly. I can keep my luggage (they'll keep it in a locked room and give you a card with number) before the check in time and after the check out time, I find this service is very helpful. The room isn't spacious but the bed area is ergonomic and pretty comfortable. There's enough space to keep your luggage and to hang your towel. There's also a locker and light inside your capsule area. You'll be given a rubber band to open your dorm's door, yes it's like a digital kind of key. The 3in1 soap is always in stock and so the water dispenser. And the location is pretty strategic because a bus stop is just in front of the hostel and it is on the same MRT line to get to Changi airport. Will definitely return next time!

Value for Money!”
One of best hostel I’ve stayed in SG. It’s located in Tiong Baru so recommended if you want to get away from business district/main tourist attractions. It’s a walking distance to Tiong Baru market and there few cool shops nearby too (it’s near Curated record store!). They also provide a very affordable airport shuttle (9sgd !). The place itself is nice, I like they have lift and also very clean. Nothing much to shout about the bed but with 20sgd, it’s very worth it.

The best Backpacker Hotel ”
Was check in about 10.30 pm , and i found that receptionist is already closed. but they put a clear instruction on the white box , how to get your room key. it really help and when i checked my room, the room very clean, with full of facility such a good sanitary. And when i check out early morning, the receptionist also havent open yet, but they already prepared the wood box to put your key back. Really enjoy my short time there, definitely will come back.

It’s my first time staying at a hostel and I was surprised that this hostel is no different from staying at a cheap hotel. I liked that the staff were very helpful and there are instructions on what to do. The rooms are clean, quiet and very private. The staff were very helpful and instructions were posted so that your stay would be comfortable.

Amazing stay here. Central location but not too busy, so many good places to eat around the area and the hostel itself was very modern, comfortable and well organised. Rooms are great and you have your own storage area to keep personal belongings outside of baggage and multiple wall plugs. 10/10

Restaurant just next to the hostel”
There's several restaurants just next to the hostel and it is very close to tiong bahru market where the food stalls located. You can also walk to an indie street where there's 'booksactually' and 'wood in the books', two bookstores that worth a visit. Next to them there's several coffee shop where you can taste delicious cakes and beverages.

Great place”
Stayed here for 23 nights across two stays. It is a quiet hostel, not really a place to meet people. It didn't seem full most of the time. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Bus stop across the road straight to the MRT and almost everywhere you need. Great neighbourhood in Singapore, on the edge of the city centre. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Breakfast included was decent but it is the same everyday. I would stay here again.

We went traveling with a group of 5 and it was so amazing that we booked the accommodation here. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and that helped us with good sleep after a long strolling day. Furthermore, I was impressed with how thoughtful they were when putting another socket inside the cabinet. great hostel. really friendly accommodating staff who are always happy to answer questions and help. beds are really private with curtains and your own safe within the bed, plus an area for larger luggage. really hot shower, and the option for bathrooms/showers on your main floor as well as in your room. a nice little area where you can refill your water, microwave food, do laundry etc. the location is right by the market and some nice restaurants, short taxis to tourist spots and near a bus stop

Getting a hostel when you’re travelling alone is a good choice and I’m happy I choose COO. Meet above my expectations- cleanliness, its amenities and a plus for its digital locker next to your bed. A short walk from/to MRT(Orchard) but you will surely enjoy the walk. We’ll definitely be coming back.😉

I really enjoyed my stay there. The place was right opposite a bus stop so it was convenient to get around. The facilities were great with a towel and water dispenser provided. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and cool. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hostel with all that you need”
Stayed at Thad's for over 10 days and it's the first choice for a hostel in Singapore. Pros: 1. Excellent location in Tiong Bahru with easy access to CBD 2. Clean and private dorms with max 8 mix 3. Liked the concept of Ensuite dorms with a washroom inside the dorm. This was super clean and easily accessible due to less people using it 4. Locker cum shelf inside the dorm with pass key locking is super convenient to store stuff Cons: 1. The common washrooms were only 2 per floor, hence overused and not in good condition 2. Some dorms have a very small passage with little space to store luggage Tip: Always prefer the ensuite dorms over the common ones

THAD WAS OKAY”
When i was staying in thad’s, the receptionist was very kind and friendly but inside the room i could hear the sound of the road and honk from the cars, after that, the curtains was so noisy when i want to go to toilet or drinking, overall the cleanliness of the room, towel, blanket were so good and i really like the blanket because it is not as thin as i thought when it compared to the price that i paid. Thad’s also provide elevator which is good for me that carry a big baggage! Also they provide a meeting outdoor room for chit chat which is nice! Overall score is 4.8 out of 5, thank you!!!!
