Additional hidden charges need to be paid if u check in during weekend. These additional charges not mentioned in Agoda apps. I book 2 nights accommodation for rm108. But when I check in on the day, I was charged rm125 rather than the original price shown in Agoda. The reason they give me was because I check in during weekend.

1. We booked for 2 days via Agoda for RM148 and Agoda stated that the tax will be about RM9. However, when we arrived, we were charged RM248 (including deposit RM50), stating that we need to pay RM20 per day for weekend charge and then government tax. 2. The room seemed unused for long, many spider webs and they did not even. The place is full of foreigners and seems dangerous for female travellers

Price are different from what we have to pay in agoda. Room was dirty, never mention or stated operation hours before booking itself, bad sheets was lots of dirty stains, not clean and very dusty. Saw a cockroach on the bed. Worstsx100 Pls don’t choose this hotel guys. You will regret.

Cons (which really need to be improved): • Cleanliness of the room especially the toilet • Out of service lift which is not friendly for senior citizens (I brought my mom from kampung to stay there) • The hallway is very dark and the lobby is so hot and quite messy • A lot of hidden charges that are not mentioned such as weekend charge (+RM20) • Cash only (luckily I brought enough cash) • No receipt provided (unless you request it but only handwritten receipt on a receipt book) • No kettle provided in the room (need to get it downstairs at the lobby). It took quite some time because no glasses/cups provided. The staff (or the owner-not sure) just cleaned the jug and the cup for me at that time. It was quite urgent because my mom felt sick & really need some warm water. • Noisy most of the time even at night maybe because of the construction downstairs Pros: • The location because it is not far enough from the Hospital Selayang (the main reason I chose this hotel because we wanted to visit our family member in the hospital).
