#SongkranFestival2019”

It was my first time in Thailand and Cooper never disappoint. At first I was kind of hesitant because I booked the room that doesnt have a private bathroom. But even though I was in a shared bathroom, looks like I own it because no one is using it, no queue seems that it is my own house. Feels like home I may say. The Hostel is like 10min walk from Surasak station but it is ok, and it is near Silom area. The foreigners who stayed in Cooper are also nice, I met some from France, Australia and from Indonesia too. I will definitely stay to cooper the next time I will go back in Thailand.

Great Place with Great Hosts ”

I usually stay in hotels when traveling but this time opted to stay at Cooper Hostel. I never liked a hostel like how Cooper. The place is quiet and the room where we stayed at was clean. The beds were extra comfy and the interior was pretty. Above all, the hostel has great and very welcoming hosts. We felt at home during our stay. I wouldn’t think twice recommending the place. Jay

a home away from home!”

my best friend & i stayed here for three nights our first time in Bangkok, & it was everything we could’ve asked for & more. was super affordable & well worth it! the room was extremely clean & the beds so comfortable, was hard to leave to go out 😂 the shared bathroom facilities were clean with nice warm water, & though they were shared we hardly ran into anyone else there. very private! the hostel owners were so accommodating & kind, so willing to help out with whatever, whenever. there was affordable laundry service, free hot/cold water, free coffee & tea every morning, & you can keep your luggage there when you check out. the common areas were so pleasant to hang out in & we appreciated that there was quiet time after 10pm. also the rooftop was a plus to sip beers & watch the sunset. would give 10 stars if I could!! thank you for the amazing first stay in bangkok!

Love the hospitality, the place is convenient. However, walking from the BTS to the Hostel might be difficult as the Cooper sign board is small. Enjoyed the simple breakfast provided, great massage recommended by the host. Definitely love it !

My favorite neighborhood in Bangkok!”

A nice family owned hostel! It is very clean and has comfortable mattresses. Staff were very friendly and even lent me an umbrella for the day because I did not have one. I truly love this area of Bangkok. It is on a little alley in a nice residential district, but it is walking distance from the Myanmar Embassy, excellent shopping and restaurants. There is an amazing Hindu temple 2 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

nice hostel near the Myanmar embassy and good food”

clean, quiet, comfy

My flight arrived in Bangkok around 11 p.m., so it was after midnight when I arrived at the hostel. They left me a personalized note on the door, which I thought was a nice touch. It took ringing the bell a while to rouse the staff and I felt bad for waking them. I was only there for 12 hours, but it was clean and comfortable. It's a good location for anyone needing to visit the hell known as the Myanmar embassy down the street. There's also a lot of great veg food options on the same street--Thai and Indian vegetarian restaurants and a vegan cafe. It's about a 12-minute walk to the Surasak BTS station.

Lovely hostel”

Within walking distance to the train station. Close to a temple, restaurants and shops and the Myanmar Embassy. This hostel is lovely, room is cozy and quite clean. This hostel doesn't have a lift, has a washing machine and dryer you can use. The breakfast is bread, jam, boiled eggs and bananas with tea and coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay here again.

Great hidden gem in BKK ”

Location close to Silom Road, Great owner/staff, Free Basic Breakfast

Nice new Hostel in central location close to Skytrain and the express boats. Really nice owner who's trying to help in every kind of question. Even a basic breakfast (toast, jam, eggs, joghurt, banana) is included in the (cheap) price. Would definetely come back (actually did it a week later) and recommend going there!

best place to stay in thailand”

the hostel is very near surasak station, just a 10-minute walk. the receptionist is very helpful and cheerful. she help me fix our itinerary and told us tips on how to travel thailand in the cheapest way possible and what places to go to. the room is spacious enough for 3 people even when online it says that it is only for 2. it is also super clean. there is unlimited coffee in the pantry area (a plus point for me as i am a coffee lover) and there is stable wifi connection. also the receptionist lends dvds to its guests.

just 1 night here before returning home and it was great. I arrived late and the owner helped me check in and up the stairs with some heavy bags! rooms small and basic but clean and comfy. I had the double with bathroom and it was ideal. clean comfy bed. good a.c. and Wi-Fi. small bathroom with hot water. tv with DVD player and they have DVD to borrow. nice lobby and cool decor. I didn't use the communal areas and missed breakfast so can't comment there. walking to the bts was around 10-15 mins. a few restaurants in walking distance. I would stay again.

Cooper Hostel”

When i arrived, taxi driver that arranged by hostel supposed to fetch us from airport, but some how there is miscommunication in between,i have to call taxi my own.The taxi driver send me to wrong place, wasting my time and money.Luckily there is a Thai lady kind enough call Grab taxi for us.I really appreciate it.The place that i stay, not much activity,7 -11,Family mart is quite closed. The nearest Bts skytrain is Surasak,so need walk about 10 mins to reach the station. Not really closed to shopping area like Mbk,Siam Paragon. But if wish to visit Icon Siam or Wat Arun, then is closed.Because Surasak closed to the Saphan Taksin, which is closed to Sathorn Pier.Room condition overall is fine with me,basic and clean.
