I have bad memory in remember names They are amazing staff They are really hospitality team They are supportive Some issues faced with aircon but they were on top of the issue till it's solved I recommend them I even booked too late but they gave me a room before receive the confirmation from Agoda Many many things they did for me Thanks for each one there

Ужасная шумоизоляция, техническая вода (соленая), номера на картинках идеальны для этого класса отелей, в реальност же - ужас, полотенце одно-два в день и грязные (должно быть три и чистых), пляжные же просят использовать по два дня(!). Вечером (вроде, после уборки) в номере друзей обнаружили распахнутую дверь, окурки в унитазе и остатки запчастей от ремонта крана, который не работал при заезде. Первый негативный отзыв, но иначе не поворачивается язык!
