Clean and centrally located hotel”
Cordillera family inn is a centrally located hotel. Just outside is the Plaza Burgos and Calle Crisologo where the culture and history of Vigan can be seen. The hotel is clean, has fast check in and check out and the water is ok. Although the wifi has a weak signal inside the room, the signal is ok in the dining area and lobby. Overall, this hotel is ideal for large groups and family. Overnight stay is fine since aside from Plaza Burgos, Calle Crisologo and Baluarte, there's nothing more to explore in Vigan

Great location”
We stayed in the hotel for a night with my entire family. The staff were accomodating. The only problem we had was it was very difficult to go the hotel on weekends because all of the streets were closed and opened one way only! We had to go around for like 3x. The people and the police there also didnt know that the cordillera family inn and cordillera inn were 2 different hotels. I suggest you put signage.

Quaint hotel”
Hotel is right across plaza burgos and nxt door to calle crisologo, the famous street in vigan. Since its within walking distance to the street, u can enjoy the historic street at all hours. It is best to take pictures before sunrise and at twilight to take advantage of the blue sky background. Hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The place is very much like a home. I think it was before and was converted to an inn. So u get the home-away-from-home vibe. Family room is enough to hold 8pax, with 2 showers and 2 toilet. But theres not much space left to walk around. Hot shower is intermittent and no water pressure at all. bathroom is just one step away from the beds. This may be a good thing for some but i dont like the fact that u can smell the bathroom from ur bed. Theres a free breakfast but u dont have any choice. They serve only longganisa during our time. Im not sure if they serve lunch and dinner. Parking can be difficult on the weekends since they close all roads going to plaza burgos. So ur left to park some distance away fr the hotel. But in a weekday, u get to park in front of the hotel. All in all, u get what u pay for.

Great for Family or Groups”
We were a group of 9 people and the room we booked was clean and spacious. The bathroom, which is the important part of the room was wide and can fit 5 people at a time. They had 2 shower head, 2 toilet and 2 sink. I highly recommend it for family outings or even group of friends travelling. Location was great as well! We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located at the front of Plaza and near the calle. We got the front room so, we can still hear the sounds of vehicles outside. Bad thing is there's no guard to assist us in parking. The food is good since we love vigan and filipino food but there's not much of a choice. The Staff's are ok.

Clean, Spacious, Convenient Location ”
The staff were courteous, friendly, and mindful. The location is just few steps away from Calle Crisologo, Church, Park with dancing fountain. I went with my family - 7 adults + 5 kids. I booked the family room with 12 beds. It was clean and spacious enough for all of us and kids can still play around. For breakfast, the food was great until we were served with fried fish that was not fresh. And they only strictly serve scrambled eggs.

Affordable for Family Travel”
Good to find a hotel that can accommodate a family of 12. It's very near to Crisologo Street which made the shopping of souvenirs and pasalubong very easy. Parking is a bit of a challenge bec some roads to the hotel are closed on weekend. Breakfast is free. There is a wifi but can be dragging most of the time. The staff are friendly.

Hotel right in the middle of most attractions .”
Clean rooms and courteous staff. the hotel is right in the middle of the city and its many attractions including the heritage village where shopping is delightful. Many restaurants are nearby and food selection is more than enough. the hotel though has a very small cafe with very little food selection.

Place is good for back packers. Not ideal for family with young children. Actual room was different from what was advertised in Agoda. Shared bathroom was not properly maintained. I had to request to be cleaned. They should check and clean shared bathroom at least 2 times a day if cannot be done on hourly basis.

Helpful staff, value for money for a group of more than 8, very near to the plaza and tourist spots/old mansions. A very clean toilet which we are very happy as my wife is very particular with toilet cleanliness. Just a little suggestion to please add at least few food menu to select as we are were willing to pay extra to add up to our complimentary breakfast.

Good Location (plaza in front, Calle Crisologo few steps on the left, fast foods are just around the corner, etc). Friendly staff. Affordable. Room was very small to accommodate 10pax, bunk beds are shaking, AC not working well, room has ants, mosquitoes and cockroaches, bidet and toilet door locks are broken.

It was clean, and just infront of the plaza, also close to Calle Crisologo. Bad points are no parking, we had to walk my grandmother a few blocks away, and no elevator for senior citizen. But we got what we paid for so, I would say this would suffice if for younger people that is on a budget.

Best hotel to have a group travel”
We did enjoyed our stay in here specially the location in front of the plaza where we hang out at night without disturbing the other guest of the hotel. It is a good hotel to have when you are travelling as a group.

NOT GOOD- the picture is FAKE THE HOTEL IS NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE”
The HOTEL PICTURE HERE IN AGODA IS NOT THE SAME! They bring me to their low class family inn. I booked using agoda, i have with my sister 16 years old and daughter 6 years old. They are asking me to pay for my sister although i did have booking already, which it was clearly stipulated in agoda that 16 years old is still under child. Next, early morning check in they said 1000 pesos only then i am fine. When i check out they asking me to pay again as the receptionist said it should be 1,450. Then i have to pay again. NO HEATER!!!!!!! I have child 6 years old and no heater! INSANE!!! THE WATER pressure IN 3rd floor is NO GOOD. Very little water.
