              Broken toilet, no hot water ”

              We had a broken toilet our first night. It kept running all night. Water was never hot enough for a shower. We finally told the front desk the next morning and they placed us in another room - toilet was quiet but shower was still cold! The pictures look nothing like the actual hotel.
