It was my favourite place to stay”

Previously, it was the place a MUST stay when in Miri but now it seem this hotel took their customer for granted. The lift were not functional (have to climb 2 floor with heavy baggage and not even one bellboy help you with the baggage), the ambient sound of the hotel was noisy (you'll hear everything from outside the hotel). TV channel, only one available channel (I don't know whether the remote is functional or not but you only have TV3 channel) - If you're not a TV person, so, it's not an issue. What I love about this hotel is locality and closest food center but some hotel in Miri also has this accessibility. Hopefully the management will rectify the problem and become the best budget hotel in Miri once again. Will look into it in the future.
