House Rules 1. The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guests shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Owner as being immediately habitable by the next guests. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guests agree that the Owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. 2. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the rubbish to the rubbish area which located at Ground Floors, end of the apartment inner road. 3. The Guests shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear (e.g. unclean able stain, scratches 4. No animals or pets of any kind are to be brought onto the premises. 5. The Guests shall not sublet the property. 6. For basic amenities is “Free of Changes" (Mineral Water, coffee, sugar, fruit, soap, shampoo, towels and etc.) 7. Child use existing bed is no extra charges, no extra bed provided for extra guest / child. 8. Please refrain from making EXCESSIVE NOISE that may disturb other neighbors after 10 pm. 9. We do not condone cigarette smoking as it is bad for our health. 10. Strictly no prohibited item and illegal activities in the house. 11. Please switch off all lights, fans and air-conditioning when not in use for save the world.
