Excellent Location, Good Services!”
I am from Hong Kong and we spent a week in Cadet Residence. We booked a family room with lot of space. There're a small kitchen and it is useful especially traveling with young kids. Great location, excellent services, staff are VERY VERY helpful. We got a good stay there. Last but not least, it is in an excellent location within 2mins walk. and the Metro line is especially to change to other main traffic hubs.

Great Apt in Perfect Location”
I have been going to Paris for about 40 years and never had stayed in this area. Having done reservations very late for the trip I had not much choice. The entrance to the building is not very nice, but what a nice surprise was this apartment. Ample for two people, and it would also be ok for four. It had all the amenities one needs (small refri). The staff was superb and friendly. The location couldn't be better. One only had to walk to the door to have lots of live and good restaurants; however, the apt was very quiet. Our next stay in Paris will be there, looking for a good deal.

Convenient Location with wonderful staff”
The location is very convenient, just 30 mons walk from Louvre. The staff is so kind. One of my friend'luggage was delayed and the staff helped us a lot in contacting the airline. The room is big and comfortable.

Great little apartment on a fabulous, quiet little street with many cafes, patisseries and restaurants! Exactly what we wanted. Codes to get in and out were a bit tricky at first but a small obstacle. Space was great for two adults and three children. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including watching our bags for a couple hours after checkout. Definitely recommend.

Best location, great place ”
The place is clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, so many restaurants, bakeries and deli shops, wine bars, all with tables outside. So lovely. The staff are helpful and the facilities are perfect for comfy sleeping but also spending the day out in the sites. Highly recommended.

Good Location”
We stayed at the one bedroom apartment for 6 nights, the room is clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. BUT we were not satisfied by the noise from the people next door and on the top of us, we could heard the sounds of TV, walking steps, talking and flushing toilet. Otherwise everything is good.

Best Room We had in Europe”
Paris was the last of 10 destinations and the room did not disappoint! Very big, with own kitchen (plus point!) Location is alright, < 5 minutes to the nearest Metro. But the male receptionist was absolutely disrespectful! We met 3 times and managed to pissed each other off 3 times! 1. On arrival. I looked tired, not confused and stupid. He treated me like a retard. Disrespectful. 2. I asked to confirm if his colleague had our taxi booking for our departure. He replied rudely: "Relax! She is a professional". Of course I know you guys are. But we have our rights to confirm details as well. 3. Came back to reception at 9.55pm which closes at 10pm. I asked if we could amend our taxi timing. To which he replied: "I am going home already". But still, nice enough to call and amend for us. I must have heard wrongly so I asked again, which pissed him off so much he started ranting at me in French. But still, wonderful room. Will stay again !

My families n i stay for 5 nights, but 2 nights for the aircon not workable, i have complain to the staff, but the 3rd night they just change the room for us..... All the staffs (receiptionist) are very arogan and not helpfull!!!!

the location of this hotel is good. However, the service and the bed linen was dirty. I stayed there for three days. After I told the staff three times, they sent a new one that I needed to change it by myself.

I supposed that they understood that you wanted a daily cleaning service we do not do as an hotel because this is a tourist residence. The cleaning service with change of towels is done for stays longer than 3 nights. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this lack of understanding may have caused
Clean, modern, great location”
This place is pricey for someone who is not a rich traveler, but you get what you pay for. We were desperate and willing to pay a lot more for a better place because we had to leave an awful AirBnB apartment. Our Cadet Residence room was spacious, which is not common in Paris. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed wasn’t completely flat so it hurt my back somewhat. The bathroom was clean and had a lovely bathtub. It was wonderful to have a kitchen so that we could make our own meals. We stayed in room 43, which faced the courtyard and was very quiet. The location was great because there were restaurants, cafes and markets close by. In fact, across the street, there’s a good bakery where we got baguettes and pastries every day. There is room service every 2 days, which is fine with me because I don’t need my towels and sheets switched everyday. All in all, this apartment helped make our stay in Paris wonderful.

this was an absolute find. the room is spacious and comfortable, which is a very big plus in paris. having a kitchen in the room, as well as a table to eat at and a sofa made it feel very homely and comfortable. the street that it is on is a semi-pedestrian street with some gorgeous eateries and delicatessens (boulangerie, charcouterie and other assorted stores) which also made buying food for the room very pleasurable. 10 minute walk to galleries lafayette. 2 minute walk to the nearest metro stations (cadet). all in all, very very pleasurable, and the staff were very kind and gracious as well. highly recommended.

Great stay in the middle of Paris ”
Cosy’s provides a friendly little home in middle of Paris 9th Nice apartment accommodation in a great location. The rooms are very spacious by Parisian standards, very well designed studios with kitchen and living area. The location is marvelous along a charming little pedestrian street with cafes on each corner and all you need for a good French snack or meal at your room: a few bakeries, 2 wine shops, 2 butcher stores, fruits and vegetables shops, and a few different style delis. The very functional kitchen and these shops around you can make your stay a gourmet experience without a hole in your pocket. It is especially handy when travelling with small children, who might fall asleep in the middle of the dinner. My new favorite home in Paris.
