Close to city center / bus station. The staff is nice. When I said no wifi in the room, they gave me a wifi ap as a solution~ A nearby laundry store is also a pro.

Nice hotel on a quiet location”
Very satisfied with my 3 nights stayed at this hotel. This hotel is pretty new. Amenities are in good condition. It just a few walk to the town. Top notch service for a 1* rate hotel. Have big shared kitchen and large private balcony which looks directly to the mountain. I'm impressed. In my opinion, this hotel should be rated at 3* grade instead of just 1*

Great Hotel”
Conveniently located, less than five minute walk to shops and restaurants. Location comes up wrong on Google maps (it is located in the same building as Vision Care). Clean rooms and bathrooms. There is wifi, however, does not always work. Reception is friendly, however not always at the desk. We were able to contact them when needed, did need to call them once as they weren't around. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

An undiscovered gem!”
I was so surprised by how nice and new this place was! It was also in a really great location; just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, but on a quiet street! The owner is very sweet! He allowed us to check out quite late with no fee which was great. The place is clean, the bathroom is generous and everything is quite modern and new. This place looked at lot nicer than some of the other more expensive places available online, just because other places look old and outdated, especially bathrooms! So if you're looking for a bit of luxury on a budget, this is the place!!

Mediocre Stay”
Room looks nice and polished, but the hotel staff had left the window in the bathroom open before we arrived. That meant mosquitoes everywhere. I went hunting for them for a few hours, but there were a lot... Asked the hotel for some soap or shampoo or anything. Nope. Asked the hotel for breakfast at 0730, then we got into the argument because he said I said 0830, not 0730. Ok, how about we just work to get some food soon? Stay there if you need to, but there might be better options around.

Excellent Room”
The room is very good. There is only one staff we saw, he is the manager, cook, waiter, in fact everything. The hotel serves a cold breakfast & nothing else, not even a cup of tea.. The closest eating places are half a kilometer away. This becomes a problem in rainy & cold weather. I would not stay here again.

Location excellent as it is walkable for the whole town.. Blanket supplied as it does get cold at night Clean neat bathrooms Service was available when required Laundry facility is available next door for reasonable fee and nicely folded and clean.. A little noisy at night as it is on the main road heading up the hill..

The room was very cold at night.. had a heavy blanket that kept us warm. Hard to find the help at times.. had to ask for clean towels.. And cleaned the room once in 4 days without changing sheets..

Good location, yet too many mosquitoes”
This was the only place in Sri Lanka that we stayed in that did not have mosquitoe nets in the bedroom. The mosquitoes kept us up all night :( Room is spacious and bathroom is nice, clean and modern.

Their land line wasn't working to get the directions to the hotel and we were helpless at the first encounter. Food was OK. Does not recommend for a family but may be for couple just put-up. It was quite disturbing as it is situated just by the road.

Don't think ever to stay here”
even the room we book is "Super Deluxe Double Room", but the real is super small dirty room, and it is not privet at all, because the door of the room was short!! the slot was around 6 inch!! and the cold air is freezing the room, and they don't provide heater when we ask them, the sound of air when hit the door is scaring at night. don't ever think to stay here!!

숙소는 참 좋았습니다. 깔끔하고 테라스도 쓸수 있습니다. 다만 직원분이 교육이 안된 것 같습니다. 여자 혼자 왔다고 계속 말걸려 하고 조식시간에 밥을 못먹겠더군요. 허락도 안받고 사진을 찍으려 하질않나 호텔 직원은 최악이었습니다.
