The Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Changsha is a grand and extensive complex. Spend half a day just exploring all the corners of this opulent display of grandiosity. However, despite the huge rooms, international TV stations, enormous bed etc, it is very tired and showing signs of poor maintenance. A walk along any corridor will reveal peeling wallpaper, rising damp and failed light globes. never the less, if your planning on entertaining a football team in your room... this is the hotel you want! A range of OK eating options are in the lobby area. Otherwise its a taxi to anywhere.

Nice, but hard to get to...”

Faded glory of a place which was magnificent 30 years ago. Quite far from the city, and probably not worth the effort for a return visit. ALL of the carpets need a good steam cleaning, and the outdoor POOL is an ALGAE breeding ground in need of some serious CHLORINE treatment. Male pool staff LEADER was quite unfriendly and obviously does not like LAOWAI!

I had a great time in this place as most of my meeting were in the hotel I felt so relax and all staff was attentive and with smile. This Hotel have be a much Higher stander and more of Higher quality if taken serous

Garden Phoenix although to close to City Center but Is peaceful relaxing place to stay at and follow Business Although you ca always take a nice walk around it with its nice garden. It have both in door and outdoor pools but I did not try them.

everything was great and comfortable. the bathroom had a lot of space and good amenities. the room had poor lighting which was not ideal for a business traveler, good for a romantic weekend away.

長沙に宿泊する際はかならずここに宿泊します。部屋の広さやきれいさといった基本的な性能の高さはもちろんですが、 中国だと基本的に受付のサービスレベルが気になるのですが、ここは非常に安定しており、いつ行ってもそこそこの対応をしてくれて、落ち着けます。コストはやや割高ですが、それなりに安心できるホテルだと思います。いつもここを利用したいと思います。

三亜からの旅行の帰りに翌日のフライトのため１泊で利用しました。長沙滞在ではもう定番となっていますがまず空港から近いので非常に便利です。タクシーで３０分以内で到着します。部屋は相変わらず広くて申し分ないです。シャワーや風呂・洗面台・トイレ周りも使いやすくて最高です。なにより静かな環境なので夜はゆっくり就寝できるでしょう。スタッフの対応もかなり良い部類です。朝食は広いダイニングで食事できます。味はまあまあいけると思います。

三亜へのフライトの前泊に利用しました。部屋はエグゼクティブを利用。すごく広くて快適でした。設備も文句なし。バス・トイレ・シャワーはとても使いやすいです。ベッドもやわらかくて気持ちよいです。電気のスイッチが部屋とバスが同じ系統になっているのでメインを消すと全て消えてしまいます。スタッフの接客も長沙にしてはレベルが高くて安心感があります。空港へのアクセスが便利です。車だと30分かからないところです。周辺は何もない静かなところです。
