I nikmati the hotel. Nice taman setting. Good facilities. Excellent value for money. The cleaning staff are delightful. However, the managers don't seem to like foreign guests too much. It's a pity. I recommend getting a more personable lead manager.

Good Option in Surabaya”
The location is great. It's in a garden setting. Excellent value for money. The staff sometimes seem unfriendly but that's just their demeanor. I'm not just they like guests booking with Agoda. Just tell them you used Traveloka and things will be fine. They prefer local Indonesian tourists, but will make exceptions for foreign visitors. Overall, I'll give them high marks for their effort keeping the property up so nicely.

The bed was tilted The sink was clogged The telephone is not working so we have to go to receptionist every time we want to ask something The curtain was dirty There is always a puddle around the closet, I don't know which tap is leaking, but it feels disgusting Our room was near to water pump with the loud noise for 24 hrs a day no kettle, but you can rent for IDR 20rb per day We complained for those to the receptionist but there were no follow up neither further communications to customer. I think this hotel needs a massive maintenance and training to their staff.

Terrible Management”
I stayed there for three months and can say that the management is terrible. They agreed to refund the rest of my stay when I decided to move out because of their poor service. But then reneged. Beware of this place. They seem to despise foreigners.

Despite being very close to the busy and vibrant neighborhoods, culinary spots, and universities, this hotel has a surprisingly quiet and really nice environment. Yes, it's an older building, not brand new, and seemingly hasn't been renovated for some time, but all the room facilities are complete for a 3-star, and therefore, more than satisfactory. It would be great if the hotel could improve their maintenance and fix some of the old fixtures. We enjoyed our stay and will surely consider to make another booking in the future.

The staff is not friendly. When booking I chose a room with a double bed and a smoking room but I was given a room with twin beds and non smoking. Too many mosquitoes in the room. Some facilities are not in good condition.
